Przestrzeń, lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, posprzątane, dużo luster.
Pomieszczenie jest już zdecydowanie do odświeżenia, poniszczone ściany i meble, sprawiają słabe wrażenie, klatka również, ale na to właściciel nie ma wpływu. Spotkałam na ręczniku i ścianie dwie zabite mrówki, więc można zwrócić uwagę czy problem się nie zwiększy. Klimatyzacje w upały nie są wystarczające i nie dociera zimne powietrze do sypialni, więc proponuję może jeszcze jeden wiatrak. W toalecie często intensywnie było czuć zapach kanalizacji.

Super lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerem i jest się w starym mieście. Blisko do dworca autobusowego, w okolicy sklepy i liczne restauracje. Miły właściciel, w apartamencie znaleźliśmy wszystko co potrzebne. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś dane mi będzie odwiedzić Zadar większą grupą to na pewno skorzystam ponownie ☺️

Nice tidy flat in great location. Very comfy beds.
We have been charge a tax fee for about 8 € but there is no such an info on the booking.com There was no soap or toilet roll in the toilets, for paying 118€ ...I would expect that minimum. Also our host been late 20 min to get his keys back making us late to the airport.
