Great place to explore Zadar from.

Very convenient location-easy access to Old Town and great water front walk/ run across the foot bridge. Well stocked room. Grocery store right around the corner. The host was very easy to work with and her little “extras” were appreciated.

The only thing I can put here is that the coffee pot might be on its last leg

Apartment is great! Great value for money!

The apartment is absolutely great – new, clean, with perfect details furnished. It’s in an excellent location, close to the beach and the town, with a bakery and shops right next door. The beach is a 7-minute walk away, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the old town. The hosts were great, and communication was smooth. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Exceptional value for the money, with excellent location.

Everything. The place is alot bigger than the pictures show. Great bed , big and modern living room, big screen TV, clean and modern bathroom… Kitchen fully equipped. Wi-fi great, welcome gifts are also a nice touch. In the center of Zadar but very quiet and peaceful at the same time. Parking space in that area for free is also a big bonus on top of all things.

We noticed that the boiler for hot water has a rather small capacity.

Very good

I had an amazing stay at this appartement . The location is perfect, close to Old Town and the beach, with plenty of shops nearby. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully styled. The fact that the host thought to leave us welcome chocolates added a delightful touch to our stay. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment. I highly recommend it! If I return to this city, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this apartment.

The apartments were perfect, convenient location, near the beach in 10 minutes and the old town, everything was perfectly clean, there are air conditioners in every room, which is very convenient for a summer holiday in a hot country, there are also all the necessary kitchen appliances. You will be surprised by the friendly owner of these devices, and compliments in the form of small gifts for your arrival. The bathroom has all the necessary towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, napkins and all other amenities. There are also separate towels for the beach. We are very satisfied with the rest and apartments, we will definitely recommend!

When I finally figured out how to unlock the main door at 2am, I was greeted by a lovely, well stocked apartment. It was a pleasure staying here and the location was excellent as a main base.

Good

Biggest plus of this apartment is the location and AC that is in every room separately. It is well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Very comfortable beds, the mattresses are great. Good contact with the owner, very responsive.

Kitchen is small and there is only 1 outlet above the sink. There is small working space if you want to cut/make anything. Fridge is also small for 5 people. Electric stove is really slow to heat up, you must work on maximum power to cook anything within 15-20 mins. We were only making breakfasts but it was frustrating and not convenient to use at all. The shower drain was clogged which caused overflowing of water. We tried to clean it ourselves but you need some tools to properly clean it out.

Дуже зручна локація: близько пляж, Старе місто 10 хвилин пішки, зупинки транспорту, є магазини поруч. В апартаментах є все необхідне для проживання (кава, чай, цукор, олія, пральний порошок, рушники для пляжу). Дуже комфортно з дитиною. Всі залишились задоволені

La proximité du centre historique de Zadar. Les attentions laissées par le propriétaire : biscuits, produits de toilette... La literie était confortable. Le logement très bien équipé.

Le manque de vue, et le manque d'accessibilité de l'appartement malgré les explications laissées.

Fantastyczny apartament z dwoma przestronnymi sypialniami, łazienką i w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią. Bardzo czysto. Blisko starego miasta, liczne sklepy i restaurację w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Świetny kontakt z właścicielami. Polecam i sam chętnie ponownie skorzystam z tej opcji noclegu.

Komfortabel!

Das Apartment hat alles, was man brauchen könnte. Man hat sich fast wie zuhause gefühlt. Es war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch super, nur ein paar Minuten zufuß vom Strand, eine Bäkerei, eine Tankstelle und ein Supermarkt um die Ecke. Die Vermieter waren stets hilfreich bei Fragen und haben sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet, was wir sehr schätzen! Vielen Dank 😇

Apartament położony w świetnej lokalizacji: spacerkiem 7 min. do Starego Miasta, 10 min. do plaży, 1 min. do piekarni, 2 min. do marketu spożywczego. Choć apartament nie jest położony w urokliwym miejscu, to za to jest bardzo czysty, przestronny, urządzony z gustem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony ( mikrofalówka, pralka, ekspres do kawy, czajnik elektryczny, żelazko, zastawa stołowa, naczynia, ręczniki kąpielowe i plażowe, w łazience szczoteczki do zębów, płyny do kąpieli, mydło....)Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem

Świetne miejsce!

Apartament świetnie wyposażony, w sprzęty kuchenne, ekspert do kawy, pralkę, dobrostan ręczników - również plażowych :-) trochę brakowało nam zmywarki, ale tylko trochę. Całość w bardzo dobrym stanie, a czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Lokalizacja idealna - na plażę, do restauracji, nad wodę czy stare miasto - dosłownie kilka minut. Pod domem przepyszna piekarnia. Kontakt z Wlaścicielem również bardzo dobry, nie było żadnego problemu abyśmy mogli wcześniej 3h sie zakwaterować - za co dziękujemy.

Naprawdę trudno coś znaleźć, Może jedynie, że przydałoby się więcej gniazdek w kuchni :-)

Super lokalizacja, 10 minut spacerkiem do Starego Miasta i portu, 5 minut do galerii handlowej. Mieszkanie ładnie i wygodnie urządzone, bardzo wygodne łóżka, mieszkanie zadbane, czyste i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W bezpośredniej okolicy piekarnia i sklepy spożywcze. Szczerze polecam
