Appartement dans un ensemble d'immeubles defraichis mais calme, propre, sécurisé et proche des commerces et du centre-ville accessible par le pont piétonnier. Lits confortables. Petit balcon agréable. Hôte très réactif quand on lui a demandé d'apporter un nouvel étendoir, l'ancien ayant des petites tâches de rouille.
Remontées d'odeurs d'égouts dans la douche et sanitaires. Il manque certains équipements dans la cuisine : égouttoir, couverts, torchons, serpillière, etc. Pas assez de chaises pour le nombre prévu de personnes. Climatisation défectueuse dans une des chambres qui n'a pas été réparée pendant le séjour.

Great location just across the water from the old town. The apartment was clean and airy with big windows, balcony, and air conditioning. It had everything we needed and hosts were very helpful.
The drains tended to smell in the bathroom at certain times of day. Also there were no shutters or proper curtains in the rear bedroom so the sun came beating in in the morning. Wasn't a problem for us but be aware the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift.
