Good location

Partially renewed apartment with a good location near the old town. Ice maker in the fridge was great during hot summer days!

You could not open the blinds in one of the bedrooms- they were broken and the balcony was kind of run down. The parking around the block is free, however, you will have to find a free spot if you are lucky.

The location was nice. Also the owner although he didn’t speak English good he tried to help us

The bedsheets were not changed. I found them dirty. They specify it has free parking, but it was not the case. We had to search like 1 h for parking in the city and we found one far away. There are free spots around city but the property doesn’t offer any parking spot. Also very noisy, you can hear everything from the neighbors

Not recommended

Nothing. We entered the apartment and we decided not to sleep there and find something else. Landlord was not present, understandable taking into consideration the quality of the place. We couldn’t get any reimbursement.

The location was very good. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. The owner was very nice and helpful.

There was electricity leakage in bathroom water tap, I hope they have fixed it.

Pleasant

Large apartment very near to the old city centre

Lacking in amenities. No hot water in the kitchen. Floors of the various pieces not at the same level, so constantly risk of tripping. Ugly apartment building . (Free) on-street parking, so no guaranteed parking place and parking is difficult in the area. Clean, but nevertheless grotty. No personal contact with the hosts.

The moon on the bedroom ceiling is pretty bright at night ;) The outside building is pretty old but the appartement inside looks renewed and clean !

Superb location and super functional apartment

The location is superb, the apartment is very functional and they did a great job of fixing a very old building to look inviting and modern. We were lucky with the parking around the building, we found a spot in the public parkin on the first day, so we just walked to the old town, shops, and cafes, since we love discovering the place on foot.

Not worth the value

Good location.

There was a lot of workaround in the apartment, trying to fix small issues but it did not work so well in many cases. The AC is only in the living room and even putting it at the minimum temperature was not enough to cool the bedroom. I didn't feel safe there, because some balcony doors didn't close at all and also due to the way the keys are handled.

GREAT DEAL!

Very nice and spacious 2 room apartment. Both the bed and couch are comfy and the location is near the vibrant old town. The host was friendly and despite our last minute booking, we did not have to wait much.

Bath door is hard to be fully closed.

Net, schoon en ruim appartement op loopafstand van het centrum

Mooi ruim appartement. Goed werkende airco. Keuken met in principe alles aanwezig. Ruime slaapkamers. Bedden lagen goed. Stofzuiger aanwezig indien nodig, ook fijn. Nabij het centrum, waardoor je gewoon lopend heen kon. Huisdier vriendelijk. Appartement makkelijk te vinden, bijzonderheden voor de sleutel werden netjes vooraf gecommuniceerd.

Parkeren kan lastig zijn in het hoogseizoen. Wij hadden twee dagen mazzel dat we hem goed konden parkeren. Op stoep deden ook veel mensen, maar voetgangers hebben daar toch al snel last van.

Дуже охайне помешкання, гарний ремонт ,відповідає фото в застосунку. Доброзичливий і уважний господар , швидко відповідає якщо є питання. Відпочивали сімʼєю - все дуже сподобалось.

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Zadar

Vermieter sehr nett höflich und hilfsbereit Apartment sauber groß und ruhig 200 Meter zur Brücke um in die Altstadt von Zadar zu gelangen Mit dem Rad 5 Min zu den Stränden zu Fuß ca. 12 Min. Parkplatz vor der Haustür ( Kostenlos ) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 3 Min. erreichbar Fotos von Apartment sind korrekt wiedergegeben würden es wieder mieten Haustier erlaubt

Leider ist / war der Balkon noch nicht renoviert Aussicht vom Balkon

Ottima posizione

Nonostante il palazzo sia poco invitante, l’appartamento è molto ben ristrutturato è dotato di tutti i servizi (non ho utilizzato la cucina). Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro e a supermercati e bar. Possibilità di parcheggio all’entrata del palazzo. Host disponibile e comunicazione facile senza doversi per forza incontrare.

Aria condizionata solo nella camera secondaria (era a disposizione un ventilatore). Camera secondaria con odore di fumo stantio, nonostante fosse tutto molto pulito e profumato.
