Zadar Center Apartment Verdi,big & cosy

The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. It is in an excellent location.

It was fine for us but it is in the 3rd floor so might not suit someone with mobility issues.

the location was brilliant, right in the old town,a short walk from everything. Apartment was spacious for 4, clean and beds were super comfy. Responsive owner.

Miminal instructions - these could have been a bit clearer as we arrived late at night and flat 8A was not on the main street, but at the back of the building. It was confusing and not easy to find especially in the heavy rain. Key code provided for main entrance to block and key box for the flat itself. All a bit fiddly and the door had a weird internal bolt that we could not get open at first. Quite disconcerting late at night and required a call to the owner. Once all resolved everything was good. A few maintenance things required (plug sockets loose, kitchen cupboard door off hinges) and no shower gel provided. Balcony was narrow and you couldnt sit on it easily.

Great location in the old town of Zadar. Near the sea organ and near many shops and restaurants options. Owner was very communicative before we arrived about location and how to find parking in the area. Directed us to most affordable places to park. Apartment is very big - great for a family, but probably too big for just the two of us. Full kitchen, two bedrooms, small bathroom, but with big shower. A large den/living room and a small shared balcony. Apartment is within a larger apt building that seems to have 2 apartments per floor. Was very quiet. Host provided self check in instructions and was available when we had some trouble locating which apartment we were checking into.
