A perfect stay; spotless apartment, amazing host, and everything we needed.

Everything was great! The host was super friendly and provided detailed information about the check-in process and the surrounding area. If you had any questions, they were always easy to reach and extremely helpful. We found the apartment easily and entered using the door code that had already been provided by the host. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything a traveler could need. As a thoughtful touch, the host had even provided croissants, snacks, coffee, tea, a bottle of water, and a can of beer (though we don’t drink beer). The apartment also had great amenities, including an iron, a sandwich maker, and other useful appliances. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, and exploring the old town was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Maybe just a box of tissues or some kitchen towels could be added; that’s literally the only thing we found missing. Guess we had to wipe our tears of satisfaction with napkins instead. 😄 Nothing else negative to say!

Great place to stay while in Zadar

The convenience of the apartment was excellent and only a 5 minute walk to the other side of the town. It was clean and had everything we needed. Don't let the outside of the building put you off. Felt safe in the area with no problems. The host was perfect and let us keep our bags in the room until we left for the airport and was very knowledgeable about the area. Would stay again

An excellent place to stay in Zadar.

Location excellent for both old town and beyond. Apartment was spotless and really well equipped. Mini supermarket very close by as was a small friendly bar on a nearby corner with non tourist prices.

No issues other than the outside of the building wasn't the most inspiring visually but more than made up for this internally.

The apartment is in the perfect location, just a short walk to Zadar Old Town, and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. A location beyond expectations, both in terms of facilities and location to the old city center. The host, Anchi, was wonderful, always ready to provide clarifications and recommendations. We would definitely choose this place again! Thank you for everything! ❤️

Very good apartment

Very clean and nice apartment. We had plenty of towels, it is convenient for a longer stay as it has a washing machine, also has a cooking stove for those wanting to prepare their own food. Very close to the old town.

It was going to be nice for there to be place mosquito nets.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay! Room was very clear and there were everything what we could need. Owner is very kind and contact with him was good and efficient. Old Town is really near. We spent great time there and we reccommend this place to spend nice stay in Zadar 😃

Great location, great facilities

Conveniently located within 5 to 10 mins walk to the old town. Well equipped with everything we needed for 2 nights stay. Parking below apartment is busy but we found a spot both nights.

The building itself is in dire need of maintenance, but it does not affect the apartment we stayed in which was very comfortable.

Loved my stay in this apartment, would definitely recommend.

The location of the apartment was perfect, a 5 minute walk across the bridge to the old town. The apartment itself was exactly as described. The instructions regarding getting to the apartment and getting into the apartment were very well explained.

Only a small thing but at night when we entered the apartment block it was very dark. There was a light switch in the hallway but it is around the corner can be initially hard to find.

Lovelly localization - 15 minutes from Old Towen, quite quiet neighborhood, shops around, seaa in 2 minutes walk. Enoguh space for few days, some waredrobes, reserve blankets and towels available. Clean, no bad smelling.

A bit limited equipment, but manageable. Coffe machine not reliable.

The apartment is cozy and full of amenities. The location is very close to the cute Old Town and the host even provided recommendations for some great restaurants. You can also reach the beach easily or hop on guided tours on boats nearby. 10/10.

Comfortable and clean studio

The studio had everything we needed for our stay and it was very clean and in a good location. The bed was comfortable and overall the furniture and fixtures are good quality and in good taste. The host left us coffe, tea, water and 2 good beers in the fridge, I appreciate that :) The host also provided us with help via WhatsApp and the self check in and check out processes were smooth. It's about 10 minutes to downtown Zadar, and you have a small supermarket nearby as well as a couple of bars/caffes and a really good bakery. Overall it exceeded our expectations and definitely recommend and would stay here again if we would to return to Zadar.

Great value for money and great location for Zadar Old town.

To be honest from the outside the apartment is not the best looking but inside the facilities and cleanliness and decor were superb. The apartment had everything you require for a short city break and was in a very convenient position for access to the Old Town and it's amenities. The host was fantastic with ease of access and suggestions and help on what to see and where to eat etc.

Free Parking is available either on-site or adjacent roads but you have to be careful and circle a few times to get a free spot. There is generally available parking on the road with pay and display meters which are not that expensive if free parking is not available.

A brilliant little apartment in a beautiful harbour resort!

The host was exceptional. So helpful, even met us at 1.30am when our flight was delayed. The apartment was great value for money and the location was perfect (lots to do on your doorstep)! Planning our next trip to Zadar.

The building itself is a bit ugly, but don't be put off by it, and the apartment could get hot, even with aircon available.

comfortable apartment at walking distance to the city center

perfect location: it’s about 1 minute walking from the footbridge leading you inside the old city walls and it’s in a free parking area so you can leave your car there and just walk everywhere. the apartment is very well furnished and it has comfortable spaces. We found it very clean and tidy. Friendly owners, it was very easy to arrange the check-in and check out.

the building itself it’s an old one and not really well maintained but the apartment is another story: modern, clean and tidy so don’t let you fool by the outside.

an overall excellent stay, great accommodation, very clean, great location

property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, in an excellent location and had all the amenities you need. My flight arrived quite late in the evening but I was greeted by the owners to hand in the keys, I was also given some tips as to where to go. the property is excellently located right in front of the marina, at the heart of the city but still in a quiet alley, within a minute walk you have a 24 hour bakery, shops and restaurants, Ko locate beach is just a 10-15 minute walk alongside the marina. the owners were also super responsive via the app whenever I had a query. You won’t find a better stay in Zadar

Great apartment for exploring Zadar

Great location just a very short walk across the harbour bridge into the Old Town. Actually preferred this to staying in the Old Town itself. Flat was exactly as pictured, very clean with everything we could have needed. Air-con and wifi were great, bed was very comfortable. The was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was easy. They offered to organise an airport shuttle although we opted for the slightly cheaper bus in the end. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Zadar.

Nothing to improve on. The apartment block was a little run-down and just off the main road, but the apartment itself has clearly been renovated recently and was faultless. Some may prefer staying in the Old Town but we really enjoyed staying just slightly out of the centre and getting to walk across the harbour bridge or use the traditional boatman to enter the Old Town.

Fantastic little apartment Great Location

The host was fantastic, met us there early to let us in, gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and allowed us to check out but leave our luggage as we had a late pickup. The apartment is small but has everything you could need. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kettle etc. They had coffee and tea and little cakes in the draw and all toiletries in the bathroom which was a lovely touch for a private apartment. Lovely and clean, well decorated and fantastic location. Perfect place
