Great city atay

Better lighting in the bathroom for shaving would be helpful but that is just a small thing.

Beautiful modern apartment with a view and walking distance to old town.

Beautifully fitted out and fully renovated apartment with a view. Everything was brand new - even crockery. Good size fridge and host provided drinks and chocolates too! Very impressive.

Fantastic

I loved location. The apartment itself was beautiful inside and presented in a lovely way. The complimentary gifts on arrival were a very nice surprise. And the host helping us with our luggage was also a very nice touch. Their willingness to help us in anyway was also very pleasing. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Everything was excellent! The host allowed us to check in a few hours early. The location and view were wonderful. The coffee supply for several days, sweets, and a magnet from Zadar were a pleasant surprise. A very kind host. I recommend it :)

An excellent city centre stay.

Well presented and maintained apartment with superb views of the footbridge in to old town Zadar. The property is well equipped and very modern and stylish. Amenities such as bakery and convenience store are adjacent to the apartment block. With cafes and bars within easy walking distance.

The only downside is the external look to the entrance and environs of the apartment block. Once inside, the communal areas are also a little jaded but inside the apartment itself is a revelation. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift so may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility.

The apartment is cosy, modern, and with all necessary amenities. It is conveniently located (almost in the centre, shops and ATM machines around, bakeries and bars...), and the view is amazing!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

Location was excellent. Property was beautiful. It was well insulated from noise so it was easy to sleep. We loved the coffee bars and bakery right next to the building. Owner was very accommodating allowing drop off luggage and early check in. The balcony was perfect to relax and have some wine. One of the only stays where he checked in with us making sure all was good. We also were surprised that they left a small gift for us which my wife loved. Excellent experience in every way.

Lovely apartment close to the old town.

Very nicely decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. Nice view of the bridge going into the old town. Easy walking distance to everything. Very comfortable bed. The host was incredibly nice and gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our 45th anniversary. Overall, excellent experience!

4 flights of stairs but we were aware of that. It was quite busy in the area around the apartment which made it a little challenging to park our rental car but we were able to find a space nearby.

Beautiful apparment, in a great location with thoughtful hosts.

Very comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. Ideal location for visiting the old town of Zadar., and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts have attention for detail, nice simple additional touches such as chocolates, coffee pods Netflix access etc. Also good communication from the host.

Not a complaint but parking might be an issue in peak season, although this is clear in the description. We didn’t have any issues in April, parking on the street outside the property. The host again advises various areas to park and responds quickly if you park somewhere and you’re unsure if there are fees. Big plus for the host! Otherwise all was good.

wonderful location, beautiful space & fantastic hosts

everything is within walking distance with wonderful views! a spacious apartment with a great layout and beautiful decor. The linen and towels were excellent quality, comfortable bed, pillows and sofa. We didn't use the wifi or cooking facilities but the coffee machine was welcomed in the morning. The hosts were super quick in responses & extremely helpful with all our requests. Thank you so much.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location

Newly renovated apartment that has been very tastefully decorated. I stayed in the deluxe apartment which has a balcony with a fantastic view on the footbridge and the old walls of the city center. The old city can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a supermarket and two bakeries rights near the apartment, so that is very convenient. The hosts were very kind and helpful and aided me in finding a parking spot right near the apartment which can be otherwise tricky in the city. They also included an excellent bottle of wine made by the winery of the host’s sister, which was a delightful extra 😊 I would definitely stay here again!

Ett boende i absolut toppklass! Allt från det fantastiska läget till den högkvalitativa, stilrena inredningen och den höga bekvämligheten var genomtänkt in i minsta detalj. Vi var otroligt nöjda med hela vistelsen. Värdarna hörde av sig och var mycket omtänksamma, vi blev bjudna på gottigheter och fick dessutom en fin present, vilket verkligen satte guldkant på upplevelsen. Boendet var helt fantastiskt, med en magisk utsikt över bron och gamla stan i Zadar. Rekommenderas starkt, och vi kommer definitivt själva att återvända hit!

Це був чудовий досвід, дякуючи детальним інструкціям ми дуже швидко знайшли квартиру і вона насправді виявилася навіть ліпшою, ніж на фото. Все дуже зручно, доречно, є все необхідне, просто стерильна чистота. І вид з вікна - з балкона, це щось нереальне! Ми приїхали на пару днів в кінці жовтня, то ж нам як раз повезло з дощиком, але це був той случай, коли не дуже хотілось виходити з цієї чудової, затишної квартири.

Traumhafte Stadt und Gastgeber

Niemals, wirklich niemals hätten wir erwartet, in Zadar so ein wunderschönes Zuhause entdecken zu dürfen. Bereits vor der Anreise wurden wir von unsern Gastgebern bestens Informiert. Einen Parkplatz haben wir kostenlos direkt bei der Unterkunft gefunden. Über die Brücke — direkt vor dem Haus — gelangt man in die traumhafte Altstadt von Zadar. Berauscht von den Klängen des Meeres lässt sich hier selbst das regnerische Wetter in vollen Zügen geniessen. Damit wir dieses kleine Paradies nicht vergessen, haben wir sogar ein kleines Andenken erhalten. Die Wohnung ist überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Supermarkt befindet sich im selben Gebäude. Das einzige was wir bemängeln würden ist, dass wir nur 10 und nicht 11 Punkte vergeben können!

Sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage mit moderner und hochwertiger Ausstattung, alles genauso, wie auf den Fotos. Espressomaschine mit Originalkapseln von Julius Meinl waren kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Der Balkon hat leider keinen Sonnenschutz, daher kann er im Sommer von mittags bis Sonnenuntergang wegen der starken Sonneneinstrahlung nicht genutzt werden.

Comodidad y bella vista

Ubicación estupenda con bonita vista. Todo en el apartamento estaba en perfecto estado y funcionaba. La cama muy cómoda. Nos encontramos a la llegada con bebidas, cápsulas para el café y para el lavavajillas La única pequeña molestia era el ruido de la ventilación y a ratos de los vecinos . Nos resultó fácil aparcar cerca del apartamento y gratuitamente. El apartamento está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, pero ya lo sabíamos de antemano.
