Perfect Location

Amazing location and lovely apartment. Really good base for exploring Zadar and region. Car parking outside the apartment, can get a little busy in the evening but I was always able to find something. Ideal location for walking into Zadar, less than 10 mins to the middle. I really recommend the location. A bakery and bus stop below the apartment and a good supermarket across from it.

Excellent location with attentive and accommodating host

The location was excellent, just outside the old city less than 5 minutes from the bridge. This meant it wasn't as busy by the apartment but we could easily get to all the bits we wanted to. The host was very accommodating, gave us recommendations and checked in to make sure everything was alright.

The apartment is near a busy(ish) road with bus stop so it's not a super quiet area if you're a light sleeper. We never had any issues though!

Lovely spacious apartment, really comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the old town, shop just across the street and plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants.

Excellent Apartment

This apartment is excellent and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay in Zadar. First the location is perfect - just across the bridge from Old Town, so you have modern conveniences (Grocery, cafe, bus, taxis, etc.) right outside your door, but in less than 5 minutes you're in the heart of it all. The place is updated and modern - very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to live for a short or extended period of time. The entrance to the building and the windows are not street facing so it's super quiet at night. The hosts were also very friendly, able to accommodate an early check in and had some great recommendations. I was also working remotely and the Wifi was super strong!

The property is very spacious and clean. The location is superb and about five minutes walking from old town. The host is very nice and is open for any questions. He also helped us by giving a lot of info regarding restaurants and activities.

Exceptional

Dino was a very gracious host. He met us and showed us around the apartment and gave us excellent information about things to see and do. Comfortable beds, the property is much larger than it appears in the photos. There is a washing machine, hairdryer and iron and ironing board, which is very convenient. It is above a bakery, there is a convenience store across the road and a ten minute stroll to the old town via the pedestrian bridge.

Spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. The apartment was in a perfect location for exploring the old town and getting out of the city by bus. It had everything we needed for our short stay and we would love to come back for a longer stay in the future.

Excellent location with helpful host

Excellent location very close to the centre of Zadar. The host was extremely helpful throughout and made our trip stress free. Be mindful there is no lift and we had to walk up two flights of stairs. I would recommend this apartment.

Well equipped, spacious apartment in a great location!

The location is amazing for walking into the Old Town. There is a bakery next door and a supermarket across the road. There are beaches within walking distance and the bus stop is right outside for Diklo and surrounding beaches. The apartment itself is well equipped and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The bed is a super comfy super king. Dino, our host is a lovely guy who provided lots of info on the area and checked in with us during our stay to see if there was any more he could help with. An all round top stay!

Nice appartment close to the old city

The mother of our landlord Dino gave us a warm welcome, the fridge was even stocked with drinks. The apartment is large, very clean and nicely furnished, there was also a parking space. We also got information and recommendations about Zadar from Dino. If there were any questions, Dino was always very quickly available via email/Whatsapp. The location is perfect for visiting the old town of Zadar, less than 5 minutes' walk and you are on the pedestrian bridge to the old town. Right next door there is a supermarket, bakery and other shops.

The central location is also a disadvantage, the apartment is located on a main street with a lot of traffic, sometimes even at night. We couldn't leave the window open at night because of the street noise, the air wasn't very good at times either. The balcony is also not very inviting and maybe only suitable for a smoking break.

Super easy check-in/out, Dino was a great host and very available. The apartment is spaceous and cozy. We were both working remotely having video meetings, and the internet worked just great. Walking distance to shops and the old town. Perfect!

Perfect location

Perfect location - few minutes from old town by foot. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything needed. Host is very kind and helpful - we even were provided with map and nicely prepared list of places to be visited. Epecially good if you travel by car - it can be parked for free practically next to the door where you live (better not to try going by car to the old town - public parking is fully booked and quite expensive). Would definatelly stay again if needed.

Fantastyczny apartament w super lokalizacji, bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum, łatwy dostęp do sklepów, restauracji, transportu publicznego. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łóżko, bardzo przestrzenny.

Trochę głośno, ale to uroki centrum miasta ;) przy dłuższym pobycie przydałby się mały odkurzacz (ale to trochę czepialstwo , bo była miotła i szufelka)

Alles im allen eine super empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Sehr netter Vermieter, hatte sämtliche Infos und war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte weiterhelfen. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, ~ 20 min vom Flughafen und zentral gelegen mit bsp. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment war top gepflegt und sauber. Würde es jederzeit wieder wählen.

Ein kleiner minus Punkt, wir sind mit 3 Personen vor Ort gewesen und der dritte der morgens duschen gegangen ist hatte leider kein warmes Wasser mehr.
