Easy walk to old town

The apartment is big and airy with a good view across the river and old town. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 good-sized bedrooms etc. Was easy to walk into the old town and also to get to the airport (10 minute drive with hire car).

The neighbourhood looked a bit rough when we first arrived but we felt safe enough.

Horrible building, doesnt match the booking.com description, very expensive for what it is

It does not fit at all to the description in booking site. First all it is not in front of a beach, it is in front of a a place Where there are little boats Horrible old building, really awful. Also “ the best view in the world” is not true. You Can see the old city only staying up as the balcony is made of matrrial so if you soy down you do not see Nothing.

Very nice apartment with an amazing view

The apartment is located very close to the old town and the bridge. Good restaurants and bars are located at a walking distance. The apartment was clean, had all the facilities. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is amazing!

The only problem in the apartment is the toilet, which is quite small and for a group of friends it might be a problem.

Awesome apartment in Zadar, minutes from old town

Apartment is newly renovated, spacious (with 2 bedrooms) and is super comfortable. The balcony is great at any time of day - the view across to the old town (when standing) is fabulous. A short walk across the road and over the bridge will take you into the old town within minutes. Host Luka met me and my parents on arrival and was very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely 2 days here and would happily return.

I liked everything - I only wish I could have stayed longer here, it's amazing!

Excellent option if not too hot

The apartment is excellently located on the waterfront just outside the old town. The owner kept a spot for us in a free parking lot. The apartment was spacious enough for five people and was very clean.

Despite the description on the website, the apartment has air conditioning only in the living area. The bedrooms are not air conditioned. Because of the heat, four of us slept on mattresses in the air conditioned area. Also the apartment is not on a beachfront as claimed, but on a marina. The closest beach is around 20 minutes away on foot.

Our host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and gave a great restaurant recommendation! And the view from the apartment was lovely!!

Neighbors were noisy at night but obviously in an apartment building there is no way to control that and it was on a Saturday night. But it stopped before midnight.
