Very clean, well organized, convenient location.

The location was very well organized and centrally located. Parking and accessing the property was very easy! A snacks and drinks vending machine contributed to the convenience of the location. Very clean and extremely responsive staff!

Unfortunately, our unit came with half the number of pillows as pictured on Booking, which wasn’t super comfortable considering the bed is the only place to sit in the unit.

Good location, comfortable bed

The room was nice and modern, bed was comfortable. Close walking distance to old town Zadar. There was a coffee machine (for those who like it) and a few wee capsules. There was a TV. The bathroom was nice.

Just off a busy street and junction, lack of hooks in bathroom and room to hang towels, clothes etc. I think a little bottle or something of milk and a bottle of water in the fridge would have been most welcome. The WiFi wasn't great, it kept dropping. No soap for shower, would be a nice touch.

Apsolutno sve! Soba je prekrasno uređena. Sve novo i udobno. Kupaona sa izvrsnim tušem. U sobi imate caffe aparat sa kapsulama kave, čaj, šalice, čaše, manji frižider, u predvorju aparat sa pićem i kavom..

Schönes, zweckmässig eingerichtetes und gut gelegenes Appartement mit Parkplätzen beim Haus.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen und ruhig. Es ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Schöne Nasszellen, alles neu.

Der Kleiderschrank muss oben an der Wand befestigt werden. Es ist fast umgefallen und hätte mich verletzen können. Etwas wärmer Bettdecken wären zu begrüssen, nachts kann es doch recht kühl werden.

Wunderschönes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das Apartment ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Das Zentrum ist knappe 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. In der Umgebung hatten wir Bäckereien, Lebensmittelmärkte usw. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war gemütlich. Wir hatten eine eigene Terrasse und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich eine Möglichkeit zum aufhängen der getragenen Kleidung/Jacken hat uns gefehlt. Der Besitzer war sehr nett, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar für uns. Ich kann OleaRooms definitiv jedem empfehlen, vorallem wegen der guten Lage.

zalige moderne kamer dicht bij old town, met parkeerplaats

we hadden een goede last minute deal. super mooie nette en sfeervolle kamer! het bad in de kamer was zalig, en je ziet dat alles zeer nieuw en met oog voor detail is geplaatst. het is ook echt niet ver van de old town, wandelafstand. ook de parkeerplaats was prima

er waren luide werken buiten, maar dit is natuurlijk buiten de macht van de host

die offene (sehr ästhetische) Dusche im Bad ist für eine Nacht völlig OK, für länger würde es mich wahrscheinlich stören, da im Grunde dann der Badezimmerboden immer mit nass ist

Tutto. Appartamento nuovo, arredato con gran gusto, pulito, silenzioso e con terrazzo ben attrezzato. Mai vista una simile attenzione ai dettagli. Se dovessi tornare a Zara non cambierei alloggio.

Bardzo udany pobyt,

Nowy, czysty pokój, łazienka w stanie idealnym, nie było najmniejszego powodu by stwierdzić że co było nie tak. Blisko starego miasta spacerem ok, 3-4 minuty. W okolicy sklepy, restauracje. Zdecydowanie polecam obiekt, moim zdaniem nikogo nie zawiedzie, wręcz zauroczy.

Obiekt blisko ulicy i jest dosyć głośno. Ale rezerwując apartament wiedzieliśmy gdzie obiekt jest i zdawaliśmy sobie sprawę, że tak musi być :). Nam to zupełnie nie przeszkadzało. Brakowało nam wifi, ale tv miał dostęp do internetu Netflix działał :)

Апартамента е изключително чист, много нов и модерно обзаведен. Сградата е или нова или току що реновирана, има собствен паркинг всичко е страхотно. Близо до Стария град. Бих го препоръчала на всеки и бих се върнала отново там.

Малко е шумно от улицата, но на затворен прозорец става.

Tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Unterkunft

Sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, mit Netflix und kostenlosem WLAN – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das gemeinsame Gartenbereich mit Sitzmöbeln ist ideal zum Verweilen am Abend. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor Ort, was für Autofahrer sehr praktisch ist. Die Lage ist top – die Altstadt ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!
