Nice apartment but too far away from lots of bars, restaurants.

Good location by the sea. Long walk to old town 30mins

Description said toiletries so because I only had a carry on bag I didn’t bring shampoo, soap, etc. There was only hand soap in the apartment & the shower head did not stay up high.

Great spot

Immaculately clean and smelled lovely. The apartment owner/manager was very nice. Great location with access to the sea literally only a few minutes down the road, and only about a 20 minute walk into Zadar Old Town. Ubers are accessible and there is a grocery shop about 3 minutes away (we didn't see this on Google but if you come out, turn right and walk, you will see it). Karma Restaurant about 5 minutes away on the front has lovely food including breakfast, and nice cocktails. The room has all the facilities you need and water was in the fridge for us upon arrival. Good sized balcony with sea view. Note that this is a very quiet neighbourhood so not necessarily suitable for drinks/music on balcony if you're looking for that kind of thing

It wasn't a problem for us, but people will mobility issues may struggle with the steps up to the room as they are steep. The steps to the bed on the mezzanine are also very steep and narrow. Beds/sofa are not very comfortable but I haven't marked down for this as didn't cause us any back pain or anything - just a preference!

If you don't want the noise of the lively beach/activities on Prom to Zadar Old T, this one's great.

Location was great - one road to beach. 25 minute along promenade walk into the old town which felt very safe. One track down to quiet beach, 10 minutes walk to lively beach with games/bars etc. Compact but spacious studio flat with everything you could need. Good bedroom with storage, spacious kitchen/lounge area with high ceiling and a mezzanine second bedroom (steep stairs/low ceiling!) We were in the upper floor apartment. One way street system in with a car, and safe carpark very near by.

Not quite enough room for two daughters to share mezzanine upstairs bedroom so one slept on sofa which not easy to convert into a sofa bed, but OK once we had, and we shared our bedding with her

Neat and cozy place for a family stay

This is a wonderful apartment with everything needed, the size is perfect for 3 people, but 4 will fit. The owner was kind and helpful and also provided us with a transfer to and from the airport. The apartment is close to the beach (2 min walk), and about 10 minutes to Kolovare beach, which has all the necessities for a comfortable rest. I'd recommend going to Kolovare beach because it has fewer stones and is more suitable for kids. The apartment was very clean and neat, with a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. We also found a couple of larger stores in a 15-20 minute walk. You can get to the city center by just following the seaside promenade or take a taxi. This was an amazing experience, I highly recommend this place.

Small Appartement on a toplocation near the beach.

The location is top. The appartment is nice but has no real kitchenette. If you are looking for an appartement to cook some things for yourselve choose another place.

We where there for 1 week and the room was never cleaned and there was no cleaningmaterial. So the appartement became dirty after a while and there was no way to clean up :(

Lovely location, lovely host, lovely city, lovely time!

The location was amazing, just a stone's throw from the beach with a really easy and pleasant 25 minutes walk into Old Town. The host was absolutely lovely, very kind, attentive and helpful. The area is quiet, yet there are good restaurants within walking distance and both small markets and supermarkets around. It is also very close to the bus station. The room is simple, but comfortable. It has most amenities. The wifi was a bit slow when trying to connect for work purposes but fine for day-to-day connecting and scrolling. I would recommend this property.

It would have helped to have had access to a washing machine, luckily I befriended the occupants of the bigger apartment and borrowed theirs!

The location was superb, 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. A gorgeous terrace, two ample bedrooms, nice bathroom with shower, a friendly kitchen, everything functioning well. The owner and his wife live in the same house, and are very friendly and accomodating. Gave us extra recommendations for places to go and things to see.

The apartment could have a few extra items to make it perfect. For example, there was no coffee pot, a welcoming instant coffee or tea package would have been greatly appreciated. It was a bit short on cooking utensils, and we had to request an extra toilet paper... The place had just one A/C for the whole flat. At night, it was nice, but during the day it didn't seem to be enough.

Safe studios for great value.

It is in a perfect location! It is situated within a safe peaceful location but only 20-25 minutes from the old town! The staff were so helpful and available at any part of the day to cater to any request. Then studio is such good value for money, super clean and includes so many necessities!

Quiet location, thirty minute walk from centre

Quiet location, nice walk along waterfront into town. Little shop nearby. Close to supermarket and bus station.

Photos in ad on booking.com are deceiving. We thought we had booked a much larger space. The shower was broke when we arrived and after asking to get this fixed I had no help from host The bed was very uncomfortable.

A great little place to stay

Great host, nice people, nice location. The host was amazing, very helpful and very friendly! It was a 1-2 minute walk from the beach and 25-30 monute walk to the old town. However a taxi was cheap enough if you would rather use a taxi (maybe £3 max) The room was a bit on the smaller size, but is perfectly adequate for I would say up to a weeks stay.

Not much, a larger room would have been nice but this one was fine. And for the price of it I really can't complain. I know there are other apartments available in the building.

Quiet but close to a lot!

After traveling for almost a week, we really appreciated how this place was quiet and comfortable. It was a nice place to relax for the last two days of our vacation. And we could walk to the old town or the grocery store in 15-20 min. Just a few steps down the street and there was also a really nice beach area. Overall, the apartment was really nice, clean, and comfortable :)

The apartment was amazing. Its location was perfect because it was close to the beach, city centre and two grocery stores. The staff were very nice the apartment had great AC as well.

The only thing that could be improved was a few more dishes in the kitchen (bowls for cereal, a tray for the oven…) other than that we had no issues with the apartment.

We arrived very late with the ferry at Zadar but we were able to perform the check-in even if it was close to midnight.

The host was friendly he took time to explain everything ! Appartment was clean. But, when we asked for the check out time he said we could do a late check out a 2pm. The day we were checking out he suddently asked us to leave earlier because he had other customers. Not a very commercial situation. Too bad

Dass diese Unterkunft zwei Schlafzimmer hat und die völlig okay waren

Die Küchenausstattung katastrophal. Es gibt keine Eierbecher. Kein Salzstreuer, kein Pfeffer,streuer nur ein Schneidebrett und zwei Gabeln, obwohl diese Unterkunft für vier Personen ausgelegt ist. Dazu kommt das in der Küche kein Fenster ist und daher man immer Licht anhaben muss. Einen Abwaschlappen oder ein Ersatzmülltüte sucht man auch vergeblich.

Blizina plaže je bila odlična

Razočaravajuće je bilo što apartman nije imao rernu već mali električni štednjak sa samo jednim ringom. Frižider je bilo teško podesiti, konkretno jačinu hlađenja. Ili se brzo zamrzne ili slabo hladi. Svo povrće nam je strunulo od zamrzavanja, jaja su se počela lediti zajedno sa kutijom, napravljena jela koja smo imali su na jednom dijelu uvijek bila zamrznuta. WC je bio minijaturan, veća osoba se ne može nakon kupanja niti obrisati kako spada jer nema prostora. Tuš kabina, toliko malena da zavjesa stalno plazi po vama, glava od tuša je bila očajna. Ne možeš lijepo intimne dijelove oprati bez da se cijev od tuša preklopi i prekine mlaz. Isto to se desi i sa držačem na zidu koji je jako labav i ne može držati tuš u uspravnom položaju već se opet preklopi i prekine mlaz. Pipa u kuhinji, pored toga što je ekstremno glasna, nikada nema vruću vodu za pranje suđa. Klima je postavljena na jako lošem mjestu te zrak udara na stalažu u kuhinji, za rashlađenje prostora klimi treba uvijek oko sat vremena. TV je gubio signal čim mu se netko približi ili prođe pored njega, što je neizbježno budući da je u prolazu od kuhinje do kreveta. Količina kanala na TVu je isto tako bila mizerna. Nakon toga svega treba spomenuti da su gosti iznad nas bili jako jako bučni pogotovo ujutro i navečer, konstantno lupanje nas je budilo i iritiralo. Nakon što su gosti sa kata jednoga jutra otišli čistačica je prilikom čišćenja toliko lupala i stvarala buku da nas je isto tako probudila bespotrebno. Lupanje je bilo takvo da se čulo kao da netko udara po nekakvom limu iznad glave nam. Također treba spomenuti da je signal u apartmanu bio neshvatljivo loš te da internet bio osobni ili od apartmana je štekao i sve je bilo sporo. Sat na zidu nije radio.

Апартаменты были даже лучше,чем мы ожидали. В описании не стояла посудомоечная машина и кофеварка. Мы очень обрадовались находкам). Так как мы были впервые в Задаре, то боялись , что не понравится местоположение. Но всё было просто замечательно. 2 минуты до ближайшего пляжа, а 3 минуты до ближайшего магазина. Апартаменты были очень чистыми, всё необходимое есть. Спасибо большое хозяевам за хороший прийом,нам очень понравилось у вас гостить!

Не наточен нож, так что пришлось больше пользоваться своим (хорошо что брали в дорогу). Душ к сожалению, плохо стекал.
