Enjoyed it and would stay again

Had everything you need, our apartment had access right to pool area, old town only 15min ISH walk away, didn't meet the host in person but had good communication via the booking app. Would stay again.

Everything we needed. Fabulous.

This apartment was only a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. It was easy to find with clear instructions. It was large and immaculately clean ... and ready for us, even though we arrived early. We swam in the pool and the sea. It was a lovely seaside walk to town, about 20 minutes away. It was fabulous having a balcony and cooking facilities. We absolutely loved our stay in Zadar ... possibly our favorite place in Croatia.

Great for short, walking stay to visit the city.

Perfect location. 15 min walking form the old town. 5 min to the beach. Shopping mall, bakery 10 minures, great restaurant just outside, clean pool, private parking place. Very nice owner, early check in, coffee machine in the room. Enough space for 4 ppl.

Details in the room: could be a bit cleaner (bathroom, main lamp, under bed and renovated - Broken drawer, plaster scraped off walls, no jacket hangers in the hall, practically no cloths storages, no soap/gel shelf in bathroom. It would be perfect if there was at least 2 coffee capsules waiting in the room and some tea after travel - needed to buy own.

A lovely relaxing week away in great accommodation.

Our host, Goga gave us directions to the accommodation which were really useful as the entrance for driving into the parking area was hidden. We stayed in 2 of the 4 apartments on the first floor, no 3 and 4: apartment 4 was the better one, light and airy with a large balcony which got the sun. The apartments were very clean, and fine for what we needed, kettle, fridge (apt 4 had fridge freezer), oven and hob. Lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds with nice seating area with sofa bed. No washer but the Spar has a laundry. The pool area is a lovely place to relax after a day out and about before going out for dinner. Goga was on hand with support and information throughout our stay which was much appreciated. The apartments are a 10-15 minute stroll from the Old Town, very easy to find. 5 mins from a very large Spar supermarket. Across the street is an excellent pizza restaurant, Kuzina. Food and staff were fantastic, and a short couple of minutes away is a pharmacy and smaller supermarket with bakery. The beach is a couple of minutes walk, with several beach bars and restaurants and a perfect place to watch the sunset.

Nothing that was the fault of the apartment/host, but take plenty of mosquito/bug spray. Not sure if it was the time of year (21-28 Sept) but the bugs were out in abundance! I usually might get a couple of bites but I suffered far more than usual, especially around the pool.

Goga made our holiday very special

wonderful apartment in a quiet area and very close to the beach.15 min walk to old town. The swimming pool was an added bonus to our stay and it was spotless and so well maintained, as was the garden with lovely garden furniture and sun loungers. Our hosts Goga and family were so helpful. Goga went above and beyond for us, her help, welcome and her professionalism was outstanding. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

The location was very close to the beach, the old town and a supermarket. The pool was bigger than expected and the apartment was lovely. Everything we needed for a 4 night stay with our children aged 10 & 13. Loved the location the most. Hosts very kind.

Nice place but hard to find in the dark¹

The entrance was hard to find when I arrived. It was dark and I had no instructions about how to enter the property from the road. Other guests were always around the pool playing music I had to be confident to speak to them about letting me use the pool

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely amazing! The space is bright, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — from comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen. Every little detail showed care and attention — fresh towels, a pleasant scent, stylish decor, and exceptional cleanliness. A special thank you to our wonderful host — kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and kindly accommodated our request for a late check-in and parking. The location is perfect: a quiet area, yet close to shops, the beach, and key attractions. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly at home. Highly recommended! If we come back to this region, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Booked this for family of 3 . Very nice room and with the pool as well ! very clean and easily found the location . The key was at the room when we arrived . On the last day messaged Goga the host if we could stay one hour longer and got a very nice response ! place so safe . Arrived late in the evening but everything went so smooth . The room is complete with the things we needed ! highly recommend !

This Apartments are really great. They are bigger as on the pictures. Everything you Need is in the Kirschen. All was really clean. swimming Pool and the garten are really great, only for the Apartments - they are behind the street but It’s very quiet there. Only 15 min from old town and 3 min to the beach ❤️ supermarket 5 min. The host is very friendly and answers quickly. I really recommend this stay 👍🏻

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a seven day holiday in Zadar. We enjoyed the garden and the pool. The apartment is a short and pleasurable walk into the old town but has a restaurant and supermarket a few minutes away. There is also a lovely coastal walk along a quiet pedestrian road in the opposite direction to the Old town, which takes you to Karma.

Lovely stay in Zadar

The apartment was perfect, it was clean, modern, large enough and had everything you needed, plus a lovely pool and balcony. The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to some lovely beaches, the Kuzina Restaurant was excellent value for money approx 1 min from apartment, the Karma Restaurant was also very nice down at the beaches, 5 mins walk to large supermarket that stocked everything, same distance walk to the Bus Station, 15-20 mins walk to the Old Town where there were plenty of shops and restaurants, together with the Sea Organ and Greeting To The Sun (solar light display). Our hosts Kresimir and Goga could not have been nicer. Goga was great with communication before we arrived supplying lots of suggestions. Both were on hand for anything we needed whilst we were there.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was nice with loads of sun beds. The location is excellent. 2 minutes walk to Kolovare beach, 10 minutes to the Bus Station and 15minutes to the old town.

All in all, lovely apartment that was perfect for what myself and three friends needed.

Really lovely apartment with a lovely pool and great facilities. Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Fab location near the beach and short walk to old town.

The sofa bed wasn’t exactly what we were expecting. It wasn’t a mattress sofa bed. Wouldn’t be good for someone particularly tall. It was a little concerning that the front door to the building was always open.

Fantastic location. Few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, beach and the bus station. Apartment clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Any issues they were very quick to resolve. Family of 4 very comfortable in the ground floor apartment, plenty of room and good cooking facilities.

Nothing only recommendation is to take an travel iron with you. Only facility not available but everything else was great.

Lovely Apartment and well located 👍

The location was very good. It has a beautiful swimming pool which is very well maintained. The Apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was available. Shopping was just 10 minutes away.

Although we were very happy with the place, I would still like to suggest for some improvement. Though the parking was available, it was a bit tricky to find it. A sign board and lighting in the parking area would really make it better.
