Had everything you need, our apartment had access right to pool area, old town only 15min ISH walk away, didn't meet the host in person but had good communication via the booking app. Would stay again.

This apartment was only a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. It was easy to find with clear instructions.
It was large and immaculately clean ... and ready for us, even though we arrived early.
We swam in the pool and the sea.
It was a lovely seaside walk to town, about 20 minutes away. It was fabulous having a balcony and cooking facilities.
We absolutely loved our stay in Zadar ... possibly our favorite place in Croatia.

Perfect location. 15 min walking form the old town. 5 min to the beach. Shopping mall, bakery 10 minures, great restaurant just outside, clean pool, private parking place. Very nice owner, early check in, coffee machine in the room. Enough space for 4 ppl.
Details in the room: could be a bit cleaner (bathroom, main lamp, under bed and renovated - Broken drawer, plaster scraped off walls, no jacket hangers in the hall, practically no cloths storages, no soap/gel shelf in bathroom. It would be perfect if there was at least 2 coffee capsules waiting in the room and some tea after travel - needed to buy own.
