The property was incredibly clean, modern and with everything a couple could need for a stay in Zadar. We enjoyed the private terrace, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was fully kitted out for self-catering purposes. The location is fine, about a 30 minute walk to the beach and 40 minutes to town but Uber is also pretty cheap and reliable.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The host was amazing and spoke really good English. The apartment really spacious and clean. Big outside balcony. Really convenient parking on site.

Location is not really close to the beaches and the old town but we managed to walk there just fine.

Very friendly host; very spacious apartment, the kitchen was packed with everything you need including a microwave and there was even a washing machine in the bathroom; free parking on site. Overall great value for money especially for bigger families that also have a car.

Good location for our overnight stay close to all the shops

Property is close to the shops: Kaufland, Lidl, Interspar, Plodine, Decathlon, DM and more. This property isn’t in the very touristi area, but for us it was perfect, as we needed to sleep and shop to top up our supplies. So perfect for us. Living areas in ground apartments are large and spacious, very comfy.

One of the worst experiences

One of the rooms was full of bed bugs which resulted in bites on the whole body. Owner didn't informed about the problem, nor apologized. Anti-mosquito machine doesn't help against bed bugs. One of the worst stays throughout my life, even everything looked good during the day time.

Good accommodation off-center near big shops

The place was really clean and comfortable. We like the fact that it's off-center. The apartment has everything you need.

The entry to the place is difficult to find if you arrive by car (GPS and Google Maps did not find it), you need to open your eyes and see the sign. The location is an industrial area with big shops (not the nicest neighbourhood).

Very nice and clean apartment!

- it was very clean - there was tea, salt and sugar which was nice - the owners were very kind and they provided us with what we asked very fast

- The shower drain was clogged. - The interior was lucking sun. Even with the curtains open we had to keep the lights open in the morning. - the bathroom carpet was very small so when you leave the shower there was water everywhere. Having a mop or sth to clean near by, or a bigger carpet would be a nice addition.

Très peu d'equipement dans la cuisine contrairement a ce qui est annoncé, pas de quoi préparer un repas. Pas le grille-pain pourtant annoncé dans l'annonce... la cuisine est vide. La Clim ne rafraîchit que le salon, pas la chambre attention. Canapé lit tres inconfortable. Ne vaut pas le prix

Я зупинялась по дорозі на одну ніч в цьому помешканні - сподобалось абсолютно усе. Привітна господиня зустріла одразу біля входу, провела до номеру і все розповіла (навіть що подивитись та де пообідати в місті). У апартаментах було все необхідне. Кімната була дуже чистою та комфортною. Будинок в тихому місці, а до центру і старого міста буквально 5 хв на таксі. Я дуже задоволена, що зупинилась саме тут.
