Apartments Luka & Sara

The host was wonderful! Great communication upon arrival, easy check in, really helpful advice about the city and transportation to the airport. This is a ground floor/basement apartment in the main family home, and it stays naturally cool in the heat, which is fantastic in the summer! (May be a bit dark in the depth of winter, I don't know, but it's really excellent for summer!) Just a note: the apartment is fully private, so you don't have to interact with hosts beyond check in and key collection, if you don't want to. All of the windows are screened to keep bugs out, which was so great! The shower worked wonderfully and the boiler has a big capacity. The kitchen (as well as the rest of the apartment) is pristine and well stocked. The sheets/linens smell super fresh, and the pillows were absolutely great (best we had in Croatia). The gardens of the house are gorgeous and there is a beautiful table underneath kiwi vines where you can hang out. Super lovely!

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment! If I had to be picky, I wish it was a bit closer to the old town (but it's very clear on the map where it is located). The walk to old town is ~20-25 minutes. There are a number of beaches within 10-15 minute walk, which was great. Mostly, we didn't have great experiences with taxi drivers in Zadar, and this made the location a bit less convenient. Ask Ina how much taxis should cost from where you're coming from, and negotiate hard with drivers for best results. The apartment itself is lovely and comfortable and a wonderful place to stay!

We had a lovely stay, the hosts were wonderful and super helpful with anything we needed. The place was perfect for our family - spacious, peaceful, clean and well-equipped, with lovely beaches close by. The car park spot was super handy to easily park our large family car.

Very clean rooms, host was extremely nice. She even gave us freshly made Croatian Burek which was delicious. Will go there again.
