A heartfelt stay with all the comforts of home

Booking couldn't have been more accurate with the "Not usually available – you're in luck" tag. We truly were lucky to have had the chance to stay in this lovely home. The apartment had everything we could possibly need 🤍 The beach, bus stop, and supermarket were all just a short 7–10 minute walk away, making everything super convenient. It may sound like a cliché, but we genuinely felt at home the moment we walked in. If I ever return to Zadar, I’d absolutely love to stay here again. Warmest thanks to the kind and welcoming hosts 😘

Great time in Zadar, the room (actually it’s a huge part of the house) is very cozy, clean and makes me feel like I’m at home)) Bathroom very clean and modern, bed is very big and comfortable. In addition, I want to thank Lubica for her hospitality and kindness☺️

Perfect place!

Everything was perfect! The host is so lovely and nice. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It's next to the beach, very close to the center (6 min by car and there is also a bus station not far) and you can find a lot of restaurant and supermarket in the area. We really recommend this place if you want to spend a wonderful stay in Zadar! Thank you again for your kindness!

Cool appartment with friendly owner

Very friendly owner of the appartment! She gave us useful tips. If something was needed she was ready to help. Location is nice: 5 min to a nice stony beach and 15 min by bus to the center. There is a supermarkt close to the appartment and a recently opened shop with fresh fish. The apartment was clean and equipped with all neasasary staff including washing machine. Air conditioning worked properly. There is a parking place for guests. Appartment looks even better than in the photos! We enjoyed our stay!

Some tiny things which could be improved: -a bit shaky table in the kitchen -it would be nice to have microwave and dishwasher -air conditioning is located in the kitchen, it needs some time to cool down bedroom

The standard of accommodation completely met my expectations. Comfortable apartment with very well equipped kitchen, clean rooms and bathroom and great parking place (all the day in the shadow of the kiwi tree)

Nearby beaches are not very suitable for families with kids, but excepting this everything was great.

Very nice host, walking distance to the beach. Located close to the grocery store. The apartment is spacious and very clean.

Property is located right next to the road which can be quite disturbing in the night hours. The terrace is almost shared with neighbouring guests.

I met few ants in apartment but besides of that it was nice and clean so suppose it was just accident This is Zadar, so no option for dog beach but we had great time sightseeing

Appartamento al piano terra con tavolo anche all'esterno sotto al portico, posto auto riservato dentro al cortile, camera ampia e divano letto nell'ingresso. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi, spiaggia, fermata dell'autobus per il centro di Zara, ristoranti.

Bardzo ładne apartamenty, świetnie wyposażone (żelazko, pralka, parasol na plażę) Czysto i schludnie, pościel pięknie pachniała czystością. Przesympatyczna i bardzo pomocna właścicielka. Blisko do plaży i sklepu. Piękny ogród z mnóstwem owoców.
