Everything was fantastic, the appartment has a unique location,5 minutes from the sandy bay of Zadar, all type of infrastructure is within 5 kinutes walk. The appartment is spacious, not only the living room but both bedrooms have AC The appartment has also a garage, ehat makesnit even more comfortable. Although it is in a new house surrounding, the flat is soundproof:), we couldnt hear anything from the neighbours. The kitchen is very well equipped, so are the two bathrooms,nice furniture is found both in the inner and outer spaces,such as the terrace. The landlord left some refreshments in the frigde for us, thaz was also an awsome idea from him. Thanks a lot for everything!

Apartment was really great - the best quality (new, modern). Fully equiped kitchen, washing maschine, two bathrooms, everything was clean. Near to the beach.One of the best apartmen in Croatia, where we have ever been. Very friendly approach from the owners.

Jelena and her husband were very friendly. She welcomed us when we arrived, told us about the beaches nearby, and was happy to help with restaurant bookings in town. She also knew a lot about the area. The apartment was beautiful, new, clean and smelled nice. It had everything we needed, nothing was missing. Thank you for a great vacation . A really special place – I recommend it to everyone!

Este apartamento en el barrio Borik de Zadar es un verdadero refugio. La limpieza es impecable, cada rincón está perfectamente ordenado y se nota que los dueños se esfuerzan por mantener un ambiente acogedor y relajante. La tranquilidad del barrio es otro punto a favor, se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila, lejos del bullicio del centro histórico, pero lo suficientemente cerca como para acceder a todos los servicios y atracciones que Zadar tiene que ofrecer. Además, el apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. La decoración es moderna y elegante, y los muebles son de alta calidad. La ubicación es también muy conveniente, con buenos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Si deseas visitar el centro histórico, puedes llegar en unos 40 minutos a pie, pero si prefieres una opción más cómoda, un Uber o Bolt cuesta solo unos £5, lo que hace que sea muy accesible. En general, puedo decir que este apartamento es una excelente opción para cualquiera que busque un lugar tranquilo y cómodo para alojarse en Zadar. Los dueños son muy atentos y se esfuerzan por hacer que la estancia de sus huéspedes sea lo más agradable posible. Si tuviera que darle una calificación, le daría un 11 sobre 10. Es realmente un apartamento excepcional en todos los aspectos. La calidad, la limpieza, la ubicación y la hospitalidad de los dueños hacen que sea una experiencia inolvidable. ¡No dudes en reservarlo, no te arrepentirás!
