Marvellous apartment with great sea view

It was one of the best stay ever! The apartment is perfectly located with impressive sea view, 2 terraces, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with all necessary appliances. The owner is very friendly and discreet. We could borrow the bicycles once to drive around. We’ll come back for sure!

A gem on the dalmatian coast

The apartment was fantastic and exceeded expectations, very clean and well designed with great sea views of the adriatic from the balcony. Location was superb, about 6 km, 1 hour 15mins from Zadar old town walking, but only 30 mins on hire bikes, station nearby. Lots of bars and cafes nearby. Nice safe and clean area.30 mins taxi ride away, public transport not really an option. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, a few condiments leftover which helped, and Nikica the owner provided us with some bottled water on our late arrival. Nikica was also very accommodating in loaning a couple of cycles and beach towels to us too. Would definitely visit again.

Only a minor improvement to the Internet download speed which was sometimes poor. Maybe some information on the website about how to access the apartment through sustainable transport modes would be useful too. Google does not have everything covered.

We were delighted with this apartment. We weren't sure what we were getting since the ad was for cash only for our stay. So glad we booked with this family! The apartment is pleasantly large. We had two balconies, one of which was always in the shade and sat on while staring at the ocean and the beach club. The other was our clothes drying balcony! Yes, there is a washer, and the host provided washer cubes! There is a dishwasher (we hand-washed). The shower was hot with good pressure. The bed was a queen (I think) but plenty comfortable for us. The apartment is well appointed; AC worked well. The floors are porcelain and feel nice on the feet. Car parking is in the shade on the property (included). You cannot beat the location! You are literally on the beach! There are bars and restaurants in the area, and the marina bar (Forty Bar) is excellent for coffee in the morning (the pool was closed for maintenance, too bad). We walked to the old town (about 45 min. not to get sweaty) and took a taxi back at the night's end. There is a bike rack with rental e-bikes at about a 4-5 min. walk from the rental. Grocery is about a 10 min. walk. We would stay here again.

The only thing I would recommend is some paper towels in the kitchen and soap and shampoo in the shower.

Excellence apartment for a couple or family with kids.

Host is very kind and good person. Apartment was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The view from a balcony was stunning. It's like 30 meters to the nearest beach. We were very happy that we choose to stay here :)

Doporučuji všem, vybírejte ale raději pokoj s terasou než s balkonem.

Pokoj se 2 balkony. Pěkný, moderně zařízený, spotřebiče funkční. Wifi funkční. Nepotkali jsme za celý týden žádné české turisty a to ani v centru Zadaru nebo na fishpiknik výletě :-) Opravdu jsme si připadali jako v cizině.

Do oken v kuchyni celou noc bliká ostrým světlem nedaleký maják, i přes závěsy je v kuchyni jak ve dne. Do oken v ložnici bliká v noci silné světlo s pohybovým čidlem ze sousedního domu (osvětluje jim schody a spíná se nahodile, ikdyž nikdo nejde). I přes zatažené rolety světlo proniká do postele. Pozor, polštáře obsahují peří! Kýchala jsem celý týden než jsem přišla na to, z čeho to je. Majitel domu anglicky umí, ale v domě nebydlí a v jeho apartmánu jsou jiní lidé, kteří anglicky nemluví. Připravte si raději němčinu nebo italštinu.
