A perfect apartment in Puntamika!

The villa is lovely- the bed is huge and very comfy. The sofa bed on the living area was easy to use and also comfy. The kitchenette has two hobs which was helpful when cooking- there is also coffee machine, toaster etc. The balcony is spacious (although this may differ from apartment to apartment) with great view across the water- it made our stay 😍 The location in Puntamika is perfect- across from the beach with a beach bar. A short walk to other bars and restaurants, the Marina and a supermarket. It’s about a 40 minute walk to Zadar old town or 5-7euros in an uber. In the other direction you can walk all the way along the coast through the Punta- it’s lovely and the sunsets are amazing! The accommodation is great value when compared to other apartments/hotels in the area and the hosts are friendly and incredibly helpful (both prior to the stay and during).

Very pleasant experience!

The property is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood of Zadar (Puntamika), two kilometers from downtown, but easily accessible with public transportation or Uber. From the balcony, you have a panoramic view of the sea and the island of Ugljan. There's a pebble beach right in front of the property, and you can borrow beach beds. The apartment is spacious and clean, and endowed with everything you may need. (Well, maybe they could invest in a better hair dryer...) The host, Ante, is very friendly and helpful; he's fluent in English, Italian, and German. Also his mother is very nice. We arrived early in the morning and had asked permission to leave our bags at the property; but since the room was ready, we were allowed to move in immediately. Ante also helped us organize a private boat trip to Preko and Kali on the island of Ugljan and a bus trip to Krka National Park. There are several good restaurants in the vicinity, in particular the Punta Grill, where we had dinner twice. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We'll be back!

Nice view.

Being able to see and hear the sea would be good enough, but the apartment is really nice and well located, even though it is far from the center. The neighborhood is very nice and you can take a pleasant walk to the center along the seafront. I recommend it. We were also very well received by the hostess.

The bathroom box is extremely small, a large person cannot move inside it.

Villa Punta was literally across the street from the sea with nothing blocking the view and lots of windows to see it. The seaside promenade went right past it. The suite was lovely and clean. The proprietor was friendly and very helpful, sharing suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area.

Perfection! Beautiful view, peace, quiet. Just you and the ocean.

I was there for 2 weeks for a yachting course, which meant I had to study a lot in this house. Most importantly it was soooo quiet, I loved that! All I heard was the sound of the ocean just outside my window, I could fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. This is the biggest compliment I can give because I am hypersensitive to sounds and this apartment was superb. The view was absolutely spectacular and breathtaking from every room at all times of the day. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for myself daily. The host was super helpful and friendly, providing me with more pans and was always checking if I had everything I needed. The heating was perfect. It truly felt like a perfect home away from home.

The WiFi is very slow and drops out completely every 10 minutes. The hot water can run out quickly if you're not mindful of your usage.

Beautiful place to stay for a summer holiday

we had everything we needed. perfect view - soft and comfy bed and a kitchen with everything we needed. perfect if you wanna relax and enjoy the ocean. if you wanna visit the city center I would recomend taking a bolt taxi. supermarket is in walking distance (10 minute walk maybe)

The host was the sweetest, really easy to communicate, he was also helpful and always smiling. The view was amazing, could not get enough of it. The apartment was beautiful, found everything that we needed. Great location - close to the beach, great restaurants, bars and a grocery shop. I am so glad that we chose to stay here! The apartment is just great. It's not too big but very cozy and comfortable, well equipped. And the view is just perfect. Small beach right in front of the house. The sunbeds are included into the price of the apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful, speaks great English and German (I guess also some more languages, but I tried only those two).

This is a family run property and the personal touch is evident and very pleasing.

This is a lovely property, beautifully appointed with every facility you could ever need. The hosts were friendly and helpful and gave us a number of great pointers and maps regarding the area and sights. The view from the balcony was consistently interesting with a numerous variety of spectacles to enjoy. It was close to a beautiful Marina and restaurant. A handy bus route is nearby running a regular service to Zadar city centre. We loved the Strudel !
