The villa is lovely- the bed is huge and very comfy. The sofa bed on the living area was easy to use and also comfy. The kitchenette has two hobs which was helpful when cooking- there is also coffee machine, toaster etc. The balcony is spacious (although this may differ from apartment to apartment) with great view across the water- it made our stay š
The location in Puntamika is perfect- across from the beach with a beach bar. A short walk to other bars and restaurants, the Marina and a supermarket. Itās about a 40 minute walk to Zadar old town or 5-7euros in an uber. In the other direction you can walk all the way along the coast through the Punta- itās lovely and the sunsets are amazing! The accommodation is great value when compared to other apartments/hotels in the area and the hosts are friendly and incredibly helpful (both prior to the stay and during).

The property is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood of Zadar (Puntamika), two kilometers from downtown, but easily accessible with public transportation or Uber. From the balcony, you have a panoramic view of the sea and the island of Ugljan. There's a pebble beach right in front of the property, and you can borrow beach beds. The apartment is spacious and clean, and endowed with everything you may need. (Well, maybe they could invest in a better hair dryer...) The host, Ante, is very friendly and helpful; he's fluent in English, Italian, and German. Also his mother is very nice. We arrived early in the morning and had asked permission to leave our bags at the property; but since the room was ready, we were allowed to move in immediately. Ante also helped us organize a private boat trip to Preko and Kali on the island of Ugljan and a bus trip to Krka National Park. There are several good restaurants in the vicinity, in particular the Punta Grill, where we had dinner twice. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We'll be back!
