Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment in great location.

Apartment was brilliant, clean, modern, had everything we needed and a nice location. We were met on arrival and communication via WhatsApp for any questions although they do live next door so easy to go and see them if needed. We opted for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for 4 adults. There were 2 bedrooms 1 with a large double and another with 2 small singles which could easily be pushed together. (Luggage straps hold beds together very well if wanted/needed. Beds were comfortable although only 1 pillow per bed provided so if you will need more you need to ask in advance. Main bedroom had 2 wardrobes and smaller room had 1 wardrobe, all wardrobes had shelves and some hanging space although limited hangers. Both bedrooms have goos airconditioning. No mirrors in either bedroom. Master bedroom had an ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. Well done bathrooms with good sized shower cubicles And decent water pressure. Second bedroom uses the other bathroom which has shower, toilet, sink and the washing machine. Washing machine has a great 30 minute quick wash. Lounge/kitchen/dining area is a nice sized space opening to a balcony through sliding doors. Kitchen has a fantastic super fast oven, kettle, fridge, microwave, coffee percolator and toasties maker. There are plenty of cups and glasses provided along with cutlery and other kitchen items. There is a cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, iron and hairdryer in at the side of the kitchen opposite the bathroom door. Dining table and 4 chairs, a loathe comfy sofa and TV complete the lounge area and there is air conditioning. Balcony has 3 chairs and a clothes airer and is a nice size. View from balcony is lovey with various fruit trees. There are mosquitos in the area so make sure you take spray with you, all the windows other than bathroom have fly screens so can be used but the patio door to balcony if left open does let lots in as such a green area.

New, clean and close to old city ( 7 euros by Uber) with a beautiful terrace.

No A/C in the bedrooms, was getting hot in the bedrooms overnight with the door close

Really nice ( fully corresponding to the available pictures) design of the apartment, great price and location with free parking. The apartment for us was perfect. Roof terrace with jacuzzi is also amazing, escpecially at evenings. The owner was very respond with any questions and she was very helpful. Location was also optimal for my family as it is for 20 minutes from the old town. A small supermarket and another shops were just around the corner. I recommend to everyone to stay here.

Practical stopover prior to flying home.

In a residential area with parking available. Some restaurants within easy walking distances which was very beneficial as the old town was a good 30 minutes away. A bakery and small supermarket were also just around the corner. The apartment was clean and had 2 bathrooms, which was a real bonus. The balcony was also very useful with an airer for wet swimsuits etc. The hosts were very responsive to messages. 20 minute drive to Zadar airport.

The second bedroom was very small and the 2 single beds had been squeezed in. The beds were comfortable but there was nowhere to hang clothes so this room was really designed for children. Some basic kitchen equipment was not available. Examples were a bread knife, wooden spoon, Tea towel. Not really conducive to self catering for a family.

The apartment for me was perfect! it was extremely clean, everything provided that I needed, spacious, and the roof terrace is perfect! the owners were very quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. location for me was ideal - just outside of the centre so quiet during the day/evening, and a lovely walk into the town. I was staying at the apartment alone and felt very safe the entire time. nothing negative at all and will definitely stay again :)

there wasn’t anything negative about the apartment - the only tiny thing missing was a full length mirror, that’s all! :)
