Apartments Villa Zlatko

We had a fantastic stay at Apartments Villa Zlatko. Anna was a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Communication was excellent throughout and she was always happy to help. The apartment was spotless, stylish and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi were a real highlight and were perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Zadar. Everything was well maintained and it was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. The location suited us perfectly. It is around a 20 minute walk to Zadar Old Town, and taking the Boatmen of Zadar across the water was a lovely part of the journey. It was nice to be in a quieter area while still being close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer. We stayed as a family and had an amazing holiday. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Apartments Villa Zlatko to anyone looking for a clean, modern and relaxing place to stay in Zadar. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Zlatko and can highly recommend it. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The owner was exceptionally kind, responsive, and always available. Whenever we needed anything, she responded immediately and made sure everything was perfect. We felt truly welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, the pool area is fantastic, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxing place to stay in Zadar, Villa Zlatko is an excellent choice.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was exactly as described, and our stay was excellent from start to finish.

The apartment (5C) was spacious, modern and very clean. The pool was beautiful. Anna was very personable.

The Aircon in the bedroom did not work at all. The Aircon in the sitting room barely worked. There was no shade outside the apartment. So we were simply too hot and couldn't get cool. There was no dimmed lighting in the bedroom so it was either maximum light or dark. We told the owners that the 1 bedside lamp did not work but they didn't replace it. But the main problem was our inability to cool down in 28 degree heat in September.
