The communication with the owner was really good. The apartment was clean and modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners helped with airport transfer, which was a bonus. We really loved our stay in Zadar.

The room felt bigger then expected from the pictures. Very nice to relax and cool down from a long hot day. Thanks to the wonderful host for the clear information and help!

The appartement could be a little bit more soundproof. In the (early) morning the neighbours left and woke us with the noise.

Excellent unit. Stylish and convenient

Host Karlo sent us a video explaining the roads approach to the property which was most useful. Plenty car parking space. The unit was modern, comfortable with great facilities. Karlo was helpful on local tourist matters too. Highly recommended as a unit and vey convenient for Old Zadar.

The appartment was great. The owner was very friendly about all, especially about check in and out. Appartment was clean and looking brand new! The street that goes to the center is incredible, walking next to the sea and after 10 mins you can take a boat for 1€ to cross over so location is great.

Sehr schönes neues geschmackvolles Apartment mit Balkon. Mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Die Wohnung liegt ausserhalb der Altstadt . Zu Fuss und mit dem kleinen Fährboot ist man in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt.

Die Wohnung ist nahe einer Hauptstrasse .

Très bel appartement avec parking

Appartement superbe, spacieux et bien équipé et décoré avec terrasse. Situation intéressante bien qu’en dehors de la vieille ville car un petit bateau nous traverse en 5mn aux orgues après 15mn de marche pour 2€..

Situé sur une route passante donc bruit sur la terrasse mais sans gêne la nuit puisque double vitrage

В апартаментах современная обстановка, все продумано до мелочей, было очень комфортно 😁 декорации и цветовая гамма создавали ощущение уюта и тепла Карло , владелец апартаментов, дружелюбный и готовый прийти на помощь , дал очень четкую информацию про город Задар и его достопримечательности. Рестораны , пекарни и магазины в шаговой доступности . Пляж Борик нам понравился больше, возможность приобрести лежаки (один 10 евро ) и наличии кафе .

Für uns war es perfekt

Der Gastgeber (Karlo) war von Anfang an super freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen und unkompliziert zu kontaktieren. Auch seine REinigungsfee Maja ist wahnsinnig nett. Das Apartment liegt super (sehr schön in Strandnähe) und nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es etliche Supermärkte, Bäckereien aber auch nette Restaurant unter anderem „Papica Burger“ und PAncakehouse sowie Bars, wo man wunderbar den tollen Sonnenuntergang sehen kann. Für Ausflüge ist es ein richtig guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Buslinie 8 hält fast unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Wenn man direkt in die Stadtz. B .Meeresorgel möchte, läuft man circa 20 min, oder nimmt die Linie 8 (steigt allerdings am STrand ein, da Einbahnstraße), fährt ein STück traditionelles Holzboot oder nimmt einfach Uber/Bolt/ Taxi für die paar Kilometer. Viele Möglichkeiten :-) Viele schöne Strände wie auch der Königsstrand in Nim (etwas weiter weg). Linie 8 kann man auch für den Sandstrand Borik nehmen. (Unbedingt allerdings Wasserschuhe mitnehmen, in Kroatien dominieren Steinstrände. DAs Apartment ist super stilvoll (Bett auf einer Empore, viele schöne Details) mit Klimaanlage und großzügig ausgestattet ( Kaffeemaschine, Milch, Zucker..), auch ist genug (sehr schönes) Geschirr, Küchenutensilien etc. Schlüsselübergabe ist dank eines Codes im Schlüsselkasten sehr sicher und einfach. Zadar ist generell wunderschön und einfach einen Besuch wert.

Non saprei cosa desiderare di più da una casa

Appartamento bellissimo, moderno, completo. Luminoso e ben articolato. Tnti armadi e mensole. 2 Bagni bellissimi. Condizionatore con 3 split (camere da letto e sala cucina. Ogni confort. TV gigantesca e moderna (sebbene la retroilluminazione fosse difettosa in un angolo, ma nulla di rilevante per un uso vacanziero. Internet velocissimo ed affidabile (rilevati circa 300Mbps in download e 60Mpps in upload via wifi). Parcheggio sotto casa a pochi passi dalla porta. Zona molto piacevole con tanti ristoranti e servizi. Volendo c'è la fermata autobus sotto casa. Per il centro con clima favorevole si arriva a piedi, la barchetta che porta dal molo al centro invece è un po' cara per una famiglia (€2 a testa per fare 10 metri di remata).

La porta del bagno in camera dovrebbe essere ermetica per motivi igienici. Quella attuale è sollevata da terra. Da italiano amerei avere un bidet, ma purtroppo all'estero non c'è mai. Sarebbe bello poter chiudere gli infissi del terrazzo da fuori per non far entrare aria calda in casa mentre ci si gode il terrazzo.

El estudio está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estadía. Se encuentra a 25 min caminando del centro de Zadar lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Tiene espacio para parquear el vehículo y las instrucciones del host fueron muy claras de cómo llegar y encontrar los sitios de interés.

El colchón un poco duro pero nada muy perturbador.

Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft

Alles. Der Kontakt zu Karlo war freundlich und unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind perfekt. Man vermisst nichts. Außer vielleicht ein Geschirrhandtuch ;-). Uns hat es gefallen. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Ans Meer sind es ca. 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Karlo gab uns den Tipp, dass wir mit einem Boot in die Altstadt fahren können, das war super. 2,00 € pro Person. Das haben wir mehrmals ausgenutzt.

Schönes modernes Apartment in toller Lage

Sehr schönes Apartment - modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, super ausgestattet mit allem, was zum Kochen und Wohlfühlen benötigt wird. (Auch Fliegengitter und einen neuen Waschtrockner) Karlo war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar per Handy. Die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir toll, nur 100 m zum Wasser, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei auch in nur 100 m Entfernung. In die Altstadt zu Fuß am Wasser entlang ca. 20 Minuten. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Im Garten ein Sitzbereich (man muss allerdings um das Haus herumgehen um hinzukommen, kein direkter Zugang). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Feel good apartament und Zadar sehr empfehlen!!!
