Gorgeous modern apartment

Gorgeous modern apartment. We were on the top floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Huge couch and living area. Spotlessly clean. Fluffy white towels provided. Parking available right outside. Easy communication with host to gain access.

It was a good 25 minute walk to the old town area of Zadar.

size, how it looked, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, design, big tv, dolce gusto... over all very satisfied

minor things like absence of a microwave or mosquito nets on windows or some cooking supplies like sugar and big head on one shower wasn't working nothing that would make us not wanna come again

very pleasant three day stay in Zadar...we had time to explore and relax!!!!

The apartment was absolutely superb!!!...clean, tidy,well equiped...in fact we could not find any fault whatsoever. The bed was very comfortable.....(I was tempted to take the bed home with me, as it was so comfortable...unfortunately...it wouldnt fit into my hand luggage!)

It really would be difficult to find anything to dislike.....

It was good overall with a few hiccups

The positive of this apartment: two bathrooms, air conditioning, relatively close to the city center, supermarket very close to the apartment, parking next to the house under the sun protection.

The wifi simply did not work, none of us were able to connect. We informed the host, but at some point he stopped responding to my complaint of non working wifi. There could have been a better job done at cleaning, there were big pieces of dust flying around apartment. In one of the bathrooms there was no soap, so we had to split the soap from the other bathroom.

Good

We had the two-bed on the top floor and a one bed apt on the 2nd floor. Clean, looks new. Good location, private parking (not in the street). Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Dishwasher & washing machine. Big living room, with very high ceiling. AC in the living room and one of the bedrooms(the two-bed apt) Close to some big food stores, and the road towards Petrcane and Zaton , where we always go. Very helpful host.

The two-bedrooom top-floor apt had rather low ceilings in the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. Some of the doors are very strange - too low for anyone over 1.6 m. Two smaller sheets, instead of one big one, would have been nice for the double bed.

Exceptional

The apartment had everything you need. We really enjoyed our week in this place. The neighbourhood and the location in general were more than good. What we really appreciated were the shopping facilities close to our apartment, the two bathrooms (both with showers) and the cleanliness of the place. The city isn't too far away but we still decided to take an uber because it was really cheap and convenient. Our host was also really kind and there were no problems with the check-in nor the check-out.

Superb

The location has very usefull facilities which helped us very much: washing machine for clothes, bread toaster, cattle, cofee machine (we have appreciated very much that we found plenty of coffee there), dishes of all types,outside there is a grill for making steak, Lidl is close and other little markets.

The City centre and the nearest beach are at about 20 minutes away by walking. In the area of the location we hardly noticed posibilities of taking local transport.

Worth every penny.

Katijana was very helpful. She contacted us before the trip, provided information how to get around in town very fast. She was also responding very fast to any questions we had. We stayed 11 days and also change of towels and bedlinen was working as agreed.

Okay for the price and long term stay

1. Close to the nice beach Maestrala. 2. Big supermarkets (Tommy and Lidl) 5-7mins on foot. 3. Huge balcony to relax and tp dry laundry.

1. wifi is not working well. 2. refrigerator is extremely loud (difficult to sleep!) 3. 30mins to city center (on foot) or 3-4€ (5-7mins) by uber. 4. weird blanket. (Just one big cloth without duvet)

Zadar es un destino mágico! Poder caminar por sus calles desde el apartamento fue un sueño. Las instalaciones cumplen con cada ítems ofrecido y superan lo esperado. El ingreso es muy sencillo y la zona tranquila. Volvería para disfrutar de este maravilloso lugar!

La propiedad perfecta. Sólo sugiero que al caminar prestes mucha atención a las bicicletas y monopatines que transitan por las aceras, es peligroso.

Très bon séjour pour quelques jours à Zadar

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement, spacieux et confortable. La literie est de qualité et la cuisine parfaitement équipée pour un court séjour en couple. La terrasse avec sa vue sur la mer est un vrai plus, tout comme la salle de bain bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la mer, du port et de la vieille ville. La place de parking est également très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement !

Axes d’amélioration : Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés : ajouter quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires, réparer la fuite de la douche pour améliorer la pression d’eau, remplacer la lumière extérieure de la terrasse, et améliorer l’isolation sonore pour éviter les nuisances éventuelles.

Fin de semana en familia en Zadar

El alojamiento era muy bonito, espacioso y estaba muy bien cuidado y limpio. Las camas y todos los ambientes eran muy confortables y además estaba muy bien equipado. Además, tuvieron mucha flexibilidad con la hora de llegada ya que nuestro avión se había demorado.

Lamentablemente (pero no es culpa del alojamiento), había muchísimos mosquitos y la primera noche no pudimos encontrar nada para combatirlos por lo que fue imposible dormir. La noche siguiente, encontramos el artefacto para ahuyentarlos y con eso sumado al aire acondicionado todo estuvo resuelto.

Grand appartement, spacieux, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Vraiment super rien à redire. 2 salles de bain, fonctionnelles dont une très spacieuse. Literies au top. Proche du centre. Parking juste au pied de l'immeuble sécurisé.
