Great location and a pleasant, air-conditioned apartment with a lovely balcony. The washing machine was very useful during our 14-day stay in Zadar. Having a garage for our car was also a great convenience. All the necessary amenities are nearby, including Lidl, Kaufland, and a bakery. The walk to the city center and Kolovare Beach is very pleasant. The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

Le garage sous terrain a été très apprécié. L’accueil faite par les propriétaires excellent. L’air climatisé a été fort utile. La vue sur le coucher de soleil. 30 minutes de marche pour se rendre dans le centre. Tranquille. Épicerie (Lidl) à quelques minutes à pieds ainsi que pharmacie.
Il manquait un peu de commodité pour cuisiner ( pas de spatule, tasse à mesurer, huile d’olive) , mais dans l’ensemble nous avons pu nous débrouiller très bien.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also very convenient. What really made our stay special was the host — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was fast and friendly throughout the whole stay. We truly felt well taken care of.
