Preporuka svima!

Domacin za svaku pohvalu, imao sam gresku prilikom bookinga i izasli su nam ususret. Veliki respect. Apartman je cist i na dobroj lokaciji, sve potrebno je u njemu.

Malo nam je problem predstavljalo grijanje jer je i pored tri funkcionalna klima uredjaja opet bilo tesko zagrijati prostorije.

Generally good, but not what I would call “luxury.”

Apartment was nicely updated. Quiet.

Apartment was a bit difficult to locate. Neighborhood was not that inviting. Property listed as “luxury apartment,” but that’s a bit of an exaggeration. The building and surrounding area are somewhat run down. At first, we thought we were in the wrong area. More attention to detail required on cleaning. The apartment wasn’t dirty, but there were a few things that needed to be addressed.

In all we had a great time but the place could use some touch ups.

The location and the flowers are nice. The balcony is big.

The mattresses are old and in need to be replaced. The floor was ditry, and the bed sheets have some weird stains..

Totally worth it. Loved the place.

We loved the location - great neighborhood - close to the old town, coffees, and markets. Also, the bathroom was big and there was hot water (we were 5 girls so that was important).

We thought that the cleanliness could be a bit improved.

It was difficult to Park the car close to the apartment. I fond à park near kaufland, five minutes on foot. The exterior of the building is in need of refurbishment.

Superb

The flat is very close to the city center. It has everything within a walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, banks, coffe shops, the port, access to the old town. Communication with the owner was very good. The apartament was very clean and it is also well equiped with everything you need. I trully recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in Zadar.

Big modern apartment, looks really good. We had everything we needed - dishes, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher. Big balcony. Easy free parking. Quiet neighborhood.

The person who gave us the keys seemed a bit weird, didn't speak English so we got almost no info regarding apartment and couldn't ask questions. We got only 1 key for a company of 4 adults. There were no extra sheets for us to be able to separate one king-size bad into 2 sleeping places (for 2 adults). The floor was a bit dirty. It takes 15 minutest to get to the city center and 20-25 to the beach.

A week stay in Zadar

The apartment is 10 min away from old city by foot, and it is located in a nice, quiet area. It is perfect for a small family, has all the amenities to be perfectly comfortable.

We had a small issue with the shower, but it was swiftly resolved. So in fact nothing much to complain.

Rezalving Choice!

Big modern space for the business oriented and pleasure seeking! A very private location close enough in proximity to the old town of Zadar and easy access to grocery stores. Everything was of very high-quality from the the entry way to the kitchen. The shower blew all stress away and we felt as though we could stay in for hours. An overlooked benefit to this apartment was a spacious balcony in which we dried all of our clothes with ease. Lastly, the apartment was very comfortable and clean!

The lack of a microwave was a very glaring absence in an otherwise very well-equipped home.
