Good location, cleaning standards need improving.

Good location

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, dirty shower basin and ants crawling on the dining table. Which resulted in us leaving one night early to find another place to stay and no refund was issue.

it was spacious with comfortable beds and the air conditioning was great as it was very hot whilst we were there, the location was perfect just 10 minutes walk to the old town, we had a great time thank you

Good

Mara is very friendly and responsive, flat was clean, coffee machine and pods are a nice touch (juice and milk too), Location is good - 3 mins into Old Town and there is a lift - first place we stayed in Croatia that has one! On-site parking was available.

Bedding is uncomfortable and old - needs updating. Would be helpful to receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. Apart from that, it was a nice stay for one night.

Perfect city apartment

Easy to find spacious bright and spotlessly clean 5th floor apartment. We found all imaginable amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. A very nice touch were cookies and mineral water in the fridge and liquor with two glasses on the kitchen counter. We really felt like guests and not like customers! It is only a five minutes walk to the entrance of the old city of Zadar. Perfect communications with the host
