Really pleasantly surprised. The apartment is second floor with no lift . The building itself is not very attractive in appearance , one of a number of identical blocks in that neighbourhood, but do not be put off by that . Inside the apartment is beautifully furnished and with everything one might need especially a/c in sitting room and bedrooms. Location is excellent, just 10 minute walk from old town, restaurants and supermarket within 5 minutes.
More electric sockets in kitchen would have helped when juggling kettle , microwave and coffee machine.......but really this was no great inconvenience.
