Nagyon központi helyen van, minden a közelben. A szupermarket pont a ház bejáratával szemben található , gyors és könnyű vásárlás megoldva. NAgyon világos lakás , jó wifi , tökéletes pár nap Zadar-i kikapcsolódáshoz. A konyha is jól van felszerelve egy gyors reggeli , vagy könnyű salátás ebéd elkészítéséhez. Van vízforraló, mikró, villanytűzhely, TV, ágyból és a kis étkező sarokból is lehet tévézni egy esős napon. Az ablakok jól zárnak, igy a kis zajt is ki lehet szűrni az esti ébredő városban. Minden közel van- étterem, kávézó, és a part is - tökéletes egy kocsi nélküli kiránduláshoz. A reptér kb. 30 perc - helyi busz szolgálattal és némi kis gyaloglással. Mi jól éreztük magunkat- köszönjük :)
Mivel a lakás a 4. emeleten van - és nincs lift - / nekünk nem okozott gondott a lakásba való fel le menetel, de aki esetleg nem tud lépcsőzni, vagy idős és nehezére esik az ilyen fajta mozgás, úgy át kell gondolni hogy ez a lakás lenne a legmegfelelőbb. / a fürdőből egy kis kellemetlen szag jött időnként, valószínű hogy a lefolyóban vagy nincs elegendő víz, így a bűzzáró nem tudja megakadályozni a csatornaszag visszajutását, vagy más lehet a gond. - de a többször kiengedtük a vizet a csapban- s a tusolóban, igy egy darabig megoldotta a problémát. / ÉRdemes a tulajnak ezt esetleg megnéznie.

Purtroppo l'appartamento è situato al quarto piano senza ascensore (77 scalini).

Absolutely amazing localization directly inside old town. Lots of restaurants and interesting sights around.
Studio looks exactly like in the photos. All utensils are provided and equipment is working including well maintained air conditioning. It is small but cosy and functional. It is situated directly next to a well stocked market. Contact with the host was Swift and easy.
Do not be worried about the stairs. They are renovated, secure and wide enough to carry your bags around.
There was a slightly off putting smell coming from drain in the bathroom. It is understandable though as it is an old building situated on the waterfront. Owner provided us with an air freshener.
The studio is situated on the 4th floor in a building without the lift so it is not suitable for people with disabilities.

The apartment has a very good location, close to everything and convenient to move around.
Poor hygiene, bad smell in the apartment and the building, we had to ask for towels, and there are several floors of stairs which is not suitable for everyone.

"Apartament is very nice and clean. Bed is big and comfortable. Location is perfect on the old town, 50 metres from the market with fruits, vegetables and fresh fishes. It was good choice!"
