Fully equipped nice apartment with parking and a nice little terrace at the back.

Nice spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The little patio area outside looked very inviting, but unfortunately it was a bit chilly to use it while we were there. Parking was definitely handy to have.

It's a walk to the old town and seafront area, maybe 20 minutes, but that's down to the usual price over location equation. Parking was in a very narrow street but the owner made it work.

Best stay ever!

The studio was just like in the photos and even more beautiful in real life. The facilities were just as described; the owner was really sweet and helpful and even gave us tips on what to do around town. If you want privacy, this studio is the perfect choice because even though we were still on the same land as the main building with the other apartments, this was its own separate structure away from the rest.

Perfect for a few days

Great place to stay: the comfortable bed, a spacious room with air conditioning, a small kitchen and fridge. A wonderful cosy terrace. Very clean and comfortable, not noisy. Perfect for a couple of days.

The triple A as Amazing Apartments Aria

Our time in Zadar was wonderful. The accommodation was very clean, tidy. We stayed in the studio apartment, which exceeded our expectations. The bathroom is really nice and the whole studio is very spacious. Our host is an amazing person. We had freshly grown tomatoes from her garden! I can only recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and quiet place where you can just chill. The fact that the central part of Zadar is from 5-10 minutes of walk away as well is just a huge plus. Thank you once again for making our holiday amazing and wonderful. PS: Everyone should give some water to the nice orange cat that visited us every day during our stay.

Great stay!

This apartments had everything that you possibly need for a comfortable stay - from kitchen necessities (utensils for cooking, tea, coffee, spices) to toiletries. Also there is a very beautiful garden and terrace. Everything was clean and well prepared, our room had air conditioning, iron, clothes dryer, fast WiFi and even Netflix access. And we also had a welcome bottle of wine, which is a very nice gesture from the owners :) City center is 10-15 minutes walk, nearest beach is 10 minutes walk. There are some shops and restaurants near by as well. Big shout out to the owners, really nice people. Definitely recommend to stay!

Amazing. Every detail is taken care of, the facilities are super comfortable, the location is quiet, and there are plenty of details that make you feel at home. The hosts are incredibly kind and willing to help you get around. Plus, a friendly cat comes to say hi. ❤️ Totally recommend it.

Great location and great hosts. Very accommodating and the apartment was spacious, super clean and with all the stuff you might need. Sorted for us separate rooms late in the evening as we forgot to message them. Just a great stay overall. 10-15 min walk to the city centre.

The apartment is very neat and clean; not fancy but nicely decorated; a perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen was more than adequate to our needs with coffee pot, water kettle, two-burner stove, small refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor patio was delightful! The adjoining garden with fruit trees added to the charm.

Excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable. Really good value for money. Lovely hosts. We had everything we needed for a week including a washing machine, washing line and Netflix. Fifteen minutes to bridge and old town. Maybe ten minutes to small beach with beach bar. Hosts gave lots of information and a map to get around😁😍

Great apartment, spatious, clean, comfortable, with a private little terrace. We had everything we needed during our stay. The hosts were very nice and helpful. It is also located on a quiet little street, 10 minutes walking distance from the old town.

There is indeed a very small beach 10 minutes away but the bigger beaches are around 30 minutes away. Not necessarily an issue for those who don't mind walking 🙂

A perfect place to stay within walking distance from the old town.

This place was just perfect. The location is at an easy walking distance to the old town, but it has its own character, that of a friendly local suburb. The flat is surprisingly spacious, and the outside sitting area, although quite small, is really convenient for breakfast or an evening drink, and I loved it as it was full of sweet smelling roses. The flat is very well equipped, the bed is enormous and the bathroom and kitchen have everything you can possibly expect. You can park the car right outside the front door, which is really convenient. The hosts are also extremely friendly and helpful, they even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival and helped us out with some other practical problems. We really had a lovely stay.

Clean cosy apartment with great location

The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the city centre, a 10 minute walk, but still in a very quiet street. It was also very clean and cosy with a nice patio and garden.

We went in April and it got a little cold at night. There was only an airco unit to heat the place up and that took a while. Only a very small detail to an amazing stay.

The hostess was helpful, warm and kind. The apartment is in a lovely garden. It was a perfect location. A short, pleasant walk onto town. I loved my stay and would highly recommend this property.

The floor is tile. Be aware if you are traveling in the fall or winter that the floor will not be warm. Being slippers!

Peaceful room in Zadar

The room is big, comfy and very well equipped. It’s terrasse and it’s view on the vegetable garden makes you feel like you’re home. A non crowded and non tourist it’s beach is 500 m from the room, a perfect spot to admire quietly the so famous sunset of Zadar! Moreover, Old town is 10min walk from the room, perfect to take a walk after a great restaurant!
