The apartment is delicately furnished and decorated, extremely clean and cozy. Well equipped with air-con, TV, kitchen and laundry. Perfect for couples and families looking for a relaxing stay. We feel more than comfortable living in this apartment and being the guest of Mario, he always makes sure you feel like living at home by providing anything you would need during a trip. Thank you Mario for being the best host and friend one could ever ask for. We would love to come back to Zadar for this apartment!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Maremy apartments and couldn't be happier with our choice! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean everything was. The apartment is beautifully renovated with high-quality finishes, and everything is designed with incredible attention to detail. The bed linens and towels were snow-white and fresh, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—even the dishes and cutlery were immaculately clean, which is a rare find! It truly felt like a cozy home away from home where every little detail was thought through. The location is also perfect. It’s nestled in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet it’s close to one of the city beaches and within easy reach of the historic center. You get the best of both worlds: total tranquility and great accessibility. What made our stay truly special, though, was the host. He is incredibly friendly, open, and genuinely helpful. You can tell right away that he is deeply passionate about what he does, and he excels at it. No matter what we needed, he was always ready to help with a smile. We are so grateful for this incredible hospitality and top-notch service. We left Zadar with wonderful memories and would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Croatia!

Bardzo dobry obiekt warty polecenia . Przemiły Pan właściciel ,który zaproponował transport z lotniska i na lotnisko . Po przybyciu pokazał apartament oraz pokazał co jest w okolicy . Co do samego apartamentu to czysto i przestronnie . Niczego w kuchni jak i w łazience nie brakowało a na powitanie nawet czekało piwko w lodówce. :) Bez problemów można było zostawić bagaże po skończonej dobie . Ręczniki były wymienione po dwóch dniach co uważam za duży plus . Okolica spokojna , Lidl w odległości 500 metrów a do plaży czy starego miasta 15 /20 minut spacerkiem . W pokoju również była klimatyzacja . Kontakt z właścicielem uważam za wzorowy
