Best owners I've met so far.

What a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, easy parking for motorcycle. Owners were also bikers and the nicest people I've met so far on my travels. Lovely balcony to rest. Nice TV, bathroom and lounge area. I would highly recommend, and make sure you chat to the great owners. Also place was super super clean 10 out of 10.

Amazing stay and the best host

I absolutely loved everything about my stay here. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best I've met! Thank you for making my time in Zadar so special. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent, clean apartments with a balcony for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located a bit away from the city center, as stated in the description. However, even without a car, it was easy to walk around. The area is quiet, and there is a large supermarket nearby. The check-in process was excellent. Although self-check-in was available, I met with the owner, who kindly showed me everything, explained the details, and even treated me to a bottle of beer))) The owner is a very friendly person. The apartment is spacious, with a great balcony, a separate bedroom, and a large studio kitchen. Everything was impeccably clean. For cooking, there were frying pans, pots, and other kitchen utensils. Sleeping was comfortable. The balcony was a lovely place to spend evenings or mornings with a cup of coffee. The apartment was regularly cleaned, and towels were changed. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Many thanks to the owner, and best wishes!

We loved everything, the host was very friendly and helpful, the location is very good to any point, close to the beach and old town, shops nearby. The apartments were spotless, had everything we needed. We would love to come back, thank you Mario for everything and basketball kits especially.

Nice stay in Zadar

Location not far away from center, about 20 minutes walk. Apartman with lots of equipment, washing machine etc,....lots of spices etc in the kitchen...AND a free beer :-) Parking place in front of the Apartment. Nice and friendly owner, living in floor below. We stayed here only for 1 night, before we got back to airport, so everything was fine.

Perfect position, easy parking just in front of the house, old Town at 20 min with an easy walk, near the house a Bakery, bar, markets and restaurants. The host very friendly and easy to contact. Now the best thing: the flat very cozy, spacious, well equipped with everything, It was a shame to stay for only two days. Next time here for sure!

It is a very nice, clean apartment located in a safe area, 10 minute walk from the beach and the city center. Lidl is in the nearby. It is well equipped, air conditioned, modern. The rooms are spacious, bright, the beds are comfortable. The staff is also very kind, helpful and attentive, I even got a chocolate bar, as my birthday was during our stay. I really recommend it, it is completely worth the price. :)

Apartment was excellent. Spacious and cozy with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the sun. Spotlessly clean. Hand sanitizer always available at entrance. Mario was perfect host easy going, friendly and nice, here when you need him. Location of the apartment is best you can find, quiet surrounding and walking distance to old town, beaches and bars. Equipped with everything you need to feel like you are home, wi-fi connection always full. Without of doubt deserves highest rate. Will be back this summer for sure.

Relaxing stay in beautiful apartment in Zadar

It was a great holiday spent in Zadar :) Spacious and clean apartment equipped with all the necessary accessories (washing machine, pots, cutlery, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc.) and very strong Wi-Fi. You have all you need to feel at home. The apartment is located not far from city center and a few beaches (walking distance). It is also possible to travel from Zadar to other interesting locations (Krka, Sibenik, Paklenica, etc.) in short time. But what is the most important - AMAZING host who was very friendly, open, ready to help, really taking care of his guests :) Thank you for the great holidays!

Very friendly and helpful owner, cold beer on arrival in the fridge, very clean apartment, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was inefficient, it was hot in the apartment.

El apartamento estaba perfecto con todos los servicios que uno puede necesitar, incluido lavadora. Se llega a la playa en un paseo de diez minutos y tiene supermercados y bares con comida local muy cerca. Stan je bio odličan za cijenu koju smo platili, ali nije bio uređen po mom ukusu i nadala sam se da su slike divnog balkona naše, ali taj je balkon pripadao drugom apartmanu u navedenoj jedinici...
