Friendly host and great location

We loved how nice our host was! Very easy-going guy who was helpful and relaxed. The apt was clean, bed comfy and the area was quiet (well, if you don't mind the church bells ringing every hour. 😂 We got used to them quickly).

Bit of construction ongoing in the area causing some noise during the day, but not audible from inside and didn't disturb us

Great stay

Comfortable room, 2 balconies, very nice decorated.

Even it is a kitchen, there is nothing like sugar, salt, cooking oil, meaning if you want to cook, you need to buy all the things you need. Also there is no shower gel or shampoo sample at the bathroom.

Beyond worth the money, will stay again.

This place was amazing! It was honestly way too big for a solo traveler. Huge kitchen, huge living room, nice big bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine and great shower. There were two balconies, one off the bedroom and one off the living room. Air conditioning worked great. I never met the owner as she was working during the day and I got back to the room late at night but her son was there and he was extremely helpful and informative about the area. The wifi happened to be down when I arrived and he actually had the company come that day and fix it while I was out exploring. He also arranged a taxi for me for almost half the price I was quoted for the ride to the bus station. The location of this place is a bit far from the beach and old town area, about a 45 minute walk if you don't wanna pay for a ride. However, the owner's son told me about the guy who rows a boat across the marina to the tourist areas for 7 Kuna ($1 U.S dollar). He was only about a 25 minute walk and was a really cool experience.

The place was a little tough to find even with GPS.

The toilet seat was broken, when we finally used it and realized it was broken and were nice enough to notify the owners, she blamed us for breaking it! This is not cool. Other than that, it was ok,

Apartment with nice view, but not quiet place

The apartment was good overall, but keep in mind that apartment is close to the church and you'll hear it ringing the whole day. Wifi was working only in bedroom.

The aparman is really nice and well equipped. The host was flexible and kind. Supermarkets and bakery are close.

Altough it is not connected directly to the apartment, next to the bulding, there is a church and they ring the bell every from 6 AM to 10 PM in every half hour very loudly, so we could not really rest :(

The family/ host was very friendly.

The apartment was not very clean and the internet unfortunately did not work. Location was also not the best. Even though the walk to the beach and centre is not long, it is not very safe to walk. The apartment is based next to a construction site, so lots of dust, continuous noise from the construction and also from the church's bell that starts at 6am and goes off every 30 min. Definitely overpriced and far from an excellent rating.

Accommodation in the Zadar

Apartment looks very nice and is roomy. Good advantage are two balconies and trampoline for kids in the garden. Clean and quite comfortable beds. Hosts were very kind. City center is about 25 minutes by walk, what is very good.

Apartment was not so clean as we expected - dirty fridge, dirty dishes, dust on the furniture. WiFi signal was not good, however one of the hosts told me, that he will take care for this problem. Be careful, near the accommodation is church which rings loudly with bells every morning :)

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts are amazing and extremely approachable. The apartment was clean, comfty with a great view. There is a beach and shops within a walking distance but it's still very peaceful and quiet.

Simple et efficace

Appartement spacieux pour trois. Équipement efficace et complet pour y rester plus longtemps. Les équipements de cuisine et salle de bain sont un peu vétustes a mon goût mais fonctionnent bien. Le gérant est très sympathique et nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive.
