Lovely place and exceptional host - strongly recommended!

Apartment is freshly renewed and very, very clean. It’s decorated with great minimalistic taste and you can find there literally everything that may be needed - new kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, smart tv, AC, Nespresso etc. It is very well organized. There is also loggia with comfy chairs to relax. The host was extremely kind and caring. He picked us up from airport, showed and explained everything, stocked fridge with some refreshments, and gifted us a bottle of olive oil. I needed baby cot and it was waiting for us - new and with lovely bedding. We’ve also got tons of towels. The location is good, around 1,5 km from city centre. You can find a lot of shops and supermarkets around, and enjoy really good meal in local fast food located in front of the building. There is elevator in the building.

Everything was great and above expectations. Just to note - the building is quite old, which may cause some minor inconveniences (like weird smell from bathroom).

Great holidays

The apartment Ane is a very cozy and clean place for maximal four persons. All what you need is there ( oven, microwave and dishwasher), the owner surprised as even with bottel of wine & Nescafé cups. The location of the apartment from the centrum & the beach is oké for adults to walk. Despite that the building complex looks old from outside the apartment is renovated and therefore very comfortable. We also appreciate the help of the host including the reparation of our car and advice to visit the very popular places around Zadar. Summarising all: we had great holidays!

Was ok.

The host was very nice and helpful. He welcomed us warmly, we also got something sweet and drinks on the spot. The location of the facility was good, the old town of Zadar was within walking distance, close to stores and restaurants. The furnishings of the apartment were quite good. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable - after a week of sleeping on them my shoulders and back hurt. The price for the standard was fine. There were no problems with parking the car. Neighborhood rather quiet and safe.

The apartment is located in an old building and despite the information on the booking about soundproofing, we very much heard the sounds of the busy street and the water flowing in the pipes from the neighbors. The information about the soundproofing of the apartment is misleading and worth correcting. Pillows should be replaced with better ones.

cleanliness: I found the apartment clean facilities: all you need comfort: we felt at home location: located 15-20 minutes walk from the tourist area, Borik beach is located 35 minutes walk, 200m walk to Lidl host: we booked the apartment for a week and during all this time we were not disturbed by the owner

Host were absolutely amazing! They really helped us so much! They gave us a ride to the airport for a really good price! The apartment is really amazing and it has everything you need, so cozy and clean!

Apartment is 20-25 minutes by walking to the center but if you rent a motor cycle or a car it is perfect!

Nice for a weekend

- Very friendly owner - They left some wine in the fridge for us - The flat didn't have an iron, but we asked and they brough us one in the same day - Comfy bed

- The air conditioning of the neighbor was dropping water and that was a bit annoying when we went to bed - Walking distance to the city centre 20 minutes (when you come back the flat up the hill with hot temperature could be challenging)
