Overall it was a great stay.
Jasna is a fabulous host. The studio was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The location is pretty good. You can walk to the beach but you need a car to get to old town.

A superb place to stay
The apartment was fantastic, and the host was the nicest person you could hope to meet. She not only told us how to get to town but drove us there.
The apartment is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay and is located in a quiet street, a short walk to the beach and also city center.
We had access to the beautiful courtyard and enjoyed some of the fruit on the trees.

Well equipped in a nice location just out of town. Super Sun terrace, modern apartment and lovely owner, with plenty of supermarkets nearby. Great place to stay for a week or more, both town centre and beaches walkable, but plenty of cheap Ubers around if required.

Fantastic apartment
The apartment was fantastic - so clean, modern, very comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you could possibly need and the location is quiet but close enough to everything.
Jasna was a great host, very welcoming and helpful with a local map and tips on where to go and recommended restaurants.
Fresh fruit, nuts etc were a lovely gesture and very much appreciated.

A very well maintained apartment, you can find owner / Jasna makes her effort & her heart to provide all she thinks of to make your stay efficient. We booked 1 x 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor with staircase & 1 bedroom on half dungeon floor. Jasna is so generous to provide us fruits / water / nuts to us.
As expected, lift is not common in Croatia, but climbing 3 floors was not an easy job. But the ceiling view worths this.

This is a beautiful spacious modern apartment with just about every amenity you might need. The furnishings are top notch and the apartment is tastefully decorated. There was great attention to detail, including cleanliness through out. The owner was on site to show us around. All in all, she was a lovely person and very helpful.
The only negative, and a minor one, is that there is no close public transportation.

great hostess and very good appartment
The hostess Yasna met us, showed us the apartment and a spacious veranda where you can sit for breakfast and dinner. There was water and juices in the refrigerator, on the table - a large vase with different fresh fruits. The kitchen has everything you need. Absolutely everything. The room is decorated with great taste - flowers, designer paintings, installations - it's just a pleasure to stay in such apartments. The bed, mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The shower room is very large and comfortable. There is everything you need - shampoos, creams, even toothpaste. Yasna helped us with everything, told us what is especially interesting to visit in the city center. She is a very nice, friendly person. We will be happy to go back there again.

I liked it all! My hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed, and had all the facilities that one could need. A good bed is something I really appreciate and this bed did not disappoint. The shower even had a seat where one could sit down!

Apartment: Perfect. There is nothing the host has not thought of and this is coming from someone who ran a top rated Airbnb. There is a lovely courtyard for relaxing, this is a 5+ Star accommodation with extras I have not seen elsewhere. I was in the studio apartment and the open area is large enough for two people to move around comfortably. The other apartment is on the top floor with a balcony, and it is a spectacular 2 bedroom that I could live year-round in. My kitchen had a large refrigerator stocked with water & cream for coffee. Full size oven, dishwasher, coffee/tea and cooking oils, etc.. Washing machine is in the bathroom (sit down shower!) with toiletries galore.
Location: Residential neighborhood, walking distance to Lidl and Lo-Cal, a top rated restaurant. While not in Old Town, the quality of the accommodation and the generosity of the hosts more than make up for the short walk through a lovely park to Old Town.
Hosts: I have never experienced such wonderful accommodating people. I visited in May, early check-in was possible, and the hosts gracious enough to take me to the autobus. Seriously, the best hosts ever.
I feel very fortunate to have stayed here, want to come back to Zadar just to stay here.

Great host, Jasna, so kindly got fruits and little snacks prepared for us. Her place is beautiful and cosy. Beds are comfortable, and her place is very clean and well equipped! Her balcony has a great view. Sadly, we are only here for a night.
The downside is that the stairs are very narrow for luggage to be carried up.

I think Jasna is the best host I have ever met. She will make your stay as perfect as possible and do not hesitate to ask questions about everything! The apartment was very lovely, it exceeded my expectation for sure! It felt like a second home. You forgot to take something with you? Jasna has everything prepared for you. The bed was definitely super comfortable. You can easily walk to Zadar old town from the apartment, the location is perfect. I always say, you get what you paid for, but at Apartment Luky, you get MORE than what you paid for. I was lucky to be able to book this, I get why this place is so popular!

Apartment is in a quiet and peaceful location, yet close enough to the centre so that you can walk anywhere. Everything was clean and the apartment is well equipped. Terrace is great! Jasna is an amazing host - very helpful, responsive, and she made sure our arrival and departure were as smooth as possible. Excellent value for money, I would definitely visit again.

An exceptional stay in Zadar
From our arrival to departure our stay was exceptional. Our host was welcoming, explained everything about the apartment and provided us with lovely treats. We were driving and on street parking was available ( v safe)everything one could need for a stay was provided. The view from the balcony was stunning esp at sunset. It was about a 20 min walk to the old town through residential area. Overall we could not fault our stay and would highly recommend for a visit to Zadar.

A wonderful stay
Spacious 2-bedroom modern apartment with everything you need and make you felt like at home. Jasna is the best host during my trip in Croatia, we took the breakfast prepared by her and it’s was delicious and the portions is more than sufficient. She also very attentive and welcoming with a big bottle of water, fruits and nuts. She and her husband even helped us with luggage moving up.
The property comes with balcony which enjoys nice nice view and seating. It also has a private garden which is also very beautiful!
We regret we couldn’t stay longer!

Absolutly beautiful apartment in residencial area. 15 min walk to old town. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean and bright. It has everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful. We are a family of six and stayed for 4 nights. Every day we explored the region , made different excursions, just perfect. you can park the car in front for free and you have supermarkets near by.
