The location of the villa is not far from the sea, and it is 25 minutes from the center of the city. The apartment was large, with 2 bedrooms and a large living room that included a kitchen. The apartment was completely silent and clean. The host was very nice and gave us many useful tips about Zadar and the surroundings.

What a fantastic holiday, and glad we chose to stay here. We were delayed, but Darko was a fantastic host, and stayed on to meet us with the keys, and as it was late showed us to our room straight away. We saw him the next morning, and he was a great host and guide giving us a map with advice, and restaurants to try (all of which were superb), Our flay was spacious with everything you could possibly need for a stay, and spotlessly clean, with a view from the balcony over the water. It's not right in the centre, but it was nice to stroll along the seafront, and then use the boatman to get to Zadar old town (on advice from Darko). It was so nice to feel so relaxed and well looked after by a great host, in such a nice, quiet peaceful location, that is not too far away from the sights and things to do in Zadar. Would thoroughly recommend staying here for a serene holiday, with the town centre, and old town not too far away and easily walkable.

Its location right on the beach. With view to the historical old town The the land lord is super friendily and helpful with a lot of advice for planing our program in town and also excursions.

I’d say this was a truly perfect stay in Zadar — located right by the sea with a stunning view both of the water and the city itself. Even if you stayed in the very center of Zadar, you wouldn’t get such a beautiful view of the Old Town! The apartment is spacious, and all air conditioners were working perfectly.
The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative — he gave us a local map, pointed out places of interest, nearby shops, and recommended several nice cafés and restaurants.
A recommendation: for an apartment of this level and size, a washing machine would be a great and very useful addition — there’s definitely enough space for it, and we would have gladly used it during our stay.
Although I would rate this accommodation quite highly, there are a few small things that could be improved. The cleaning could be a bit more thorough — while the apartment was generally clean, there was visible dust on upper surfaces and under the beds.
We were a group of five (the host welcomed us all and knew this upon our arrival), but no bedding was provided for the youngest child (under 4 years old) — it seems it needs to be requested additionally.
The kitchen is quite well-equipped, though it lacks basic essentials like salt and pepper.
