Exceptional value for money! Pay attention to room type upon booking

Exceptional value for money! I do recommend paying attention to which room you are booking to ensure you get what you are expecting. I stayed in the studio apartment for a week and it had everything a person would need for a very fair price. Below is a more detailed description: Arrival: As this is not a hotel, there is no reception but upon arrival, I just called the host and was let inside. Kitchen: The kitchen has a surprisingly large selection of cookware, dishes, and utensils. The fridge is very cold with a small freezer department. The kitchen also contains a laundry machine. The counter space is limited by the staircase which might make it harder for a tall person, but for a small kitchen, it was more than functional. Bedroom/Living space: The living space is nicely furnished with all the basic appliances needed. The bed is large, the pillows are great and the closet is very spacey. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room at the desired temperature. The space is on the ground floor which causes slight humidity, but it was not very bothersome. The room also gets quite little daylight. Bathroom: The bathroom is very compact but has all the necessities. Towels were provided, the shower worked fine and the water temperature was easily controlled. Location: The premises had parking space for cars and the neighborhood was very peaceful. A grocery store is very nearby and the beach is within walking distance. The old town is a bit further away but I'm sure y'all look at the map before you book a place so it shouldn't be a surprise. Overall everything was very fair and functional for less than 30e per night..

Cozy apartments with everything you need

The apartments were clean and cozy. The host was pleasant. Also we were surprised by wine and sweets prepared for us. The beach is around 13-15 minutes on foot from us, there are a couple of restaurants and a shop near apartments.

There is no reception or something like this, so when you arrive – try to look for host inside the building The only thing I missed was a microwave.

Good

Host was very nice and on site and able to replenish items when needed for longer stay. There are beaches, restaurants, and grocery in walking distance but it is a bit of a hike to everything. Would be good for a shorter stay, would be much better with a bike.

I didn't realize the photos are mostly of a bigger unit, not the studio which is very tiny and the kitchen is under a stairwell. I would have booked something else for the price if I realized that (this was the off season). It was too small for a two week stay and this is kind of a long walk to the old town. The room I was in was very humid and could not be mitigated with the dry feature on the AC unit.

There is parking available

As we arrived there was an Italian couple waiting for the owner, when we called the owner to inform her we arrived she started in a very stressed and loud manner telling us that she only had one room and there were two people that booked the same room. As she arrived she started to be very rude with us and the other couple, yelling and saying it’s not her fault both couples booked the room. We got the room but it was nothing like the pictures we saw, the room was very old and small, there were no amenities, the shower was being hold by a zip ties.

Disappointing

We liked that in apartment was clean.

We didn’t like a way of communication of HOST, when we come host have NO TIME for us...Parking in yard was not possible because it’s “reserved” but whole week was empty and free.. Apartment have a PAPER WALL that means you can hear every move of neighborhood(we have luck on PORNO couple and a guy who have needed to be on toilet and talk about that in video chat). And in the end when we have check out, host haven’t even come to say goodbye...

Appartamento comodo e ben arredato

L'appartamento è molto bello e ben arredato. Comodo per la posizione arrivando in auto. Bagno con finestra che non si trova spesso e lavatrice! Il frigorifero con freezer grande è molto comodo.

Ci sono degli elementi d'arredo da sistemare, ma si tratta solo di ordinaria manutenzione. Non sempre arriva l'acqua fredda in cucina.

Niets Verouderd en oppervlakkig gepoetst

We waren al meteen ontgoocheld bij het zien van het gebouw: het zag er vervallen en slecht onderhouden uit. Onze ontgoocheling was nog groter toen we een kleine studio kregen i.p.v. appartement.( we hebben teveel betaald voor 2 nachten: 291 euro). Oud verkalkt strijkijzer, rommel van haardroger, geen parasol op terras, maar versleten, gescheurde gordijnen die je niet beschermden tegen de zon, droogrekje viel uit elkaar, oude versleten matras, muffe geur bij het betreden van het gebouw, rommel in de gang en in de tuin enz... De tijd is hier blijven stilstaan. Er wordt duidelijk niet meer geïnvesteerd in deze zaak.

Gastgeberin freundlich, Apartment extrem klein.

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Eine frühere Abreise gar kein Problem. Parken kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft, sofern man einen Mietwagen hat oder mit dem Auto angereist ist.

Man muss bei der Buchung aufpassen, welches Apartment man bekommt. Ich war im Erdgeschoss untergebracht, ohne Balkon im Innenhof und sehr dunkel. Die recht neue Küche ist unter einer Treppe gelegen, sodass man kaum stehen kann. Das Bad war extrem klein, inklusive Dusche, in der teilweise die Ameisen entlang gelaufen sind. Der Duschkopf ist mit einem Kabelbinder fixiert. Aus den Wasserhähnen an den Waschbecken kam zunächst erstmal braunes Wasser und der Wasserhahn in der Küche hat getropft. Sofern man nur zum Schlafen da ist, ist es in Ordnung, würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen. Hier stimmt für mich Preis-Leistung nicht.
