Cosy and comfortable stay!

Owner made easy check in despite the night time, made the sofa open and ready to avoid moving it during the night. Left welcome drinks in the fridge which was very kind. Villa has everything necessary for comfortable stay. Good pool, comfortable sunbeds and shade options. We were allowed to stay few hours later than check out which is much appreciated.

Sound isolation inside the house could be better.

Fantastic stay - we loved the apartment and the location!

The property was really clean and stylish and very well equipped. The pool was great and the outside area was really comfortable and a great addition to the property. The location was great - not to far from the historic centre of Zadar but also nice and quiet and it was easy to get to the beach from there. We would definitely stay again.

Just a few minor things - the coffee machine worked but leaked a lot so it could probably do with replacing. The sitting room area where the sofa bed was located was quite bright because of the glass door - if a blind/shutter could be added to the door that would make it much more comfortable for the person staying.

Heated pool, gas bbq, shaded areas, quiet area, shop nearby, coffee place nearby. Owners were responsive and allowed us to stay bit longer after checkout time. Sofa made into bed upon arrival was a nice touch as it was ready for sleep. Nice property, seems invested but for the price you pay you would expect it to be top-notch.

Pillows need replacing - all of them - filling turned into small balls making sleep uncomfortable, Whoever did the bed sheets - did them wrong, had to readjust them daily Coffee machine leaks everywhere during brewing Black (dirty) skirting boards Water damaged laminate flooring Damaged kitchen cupboards Very little glasses/plates Front door out of alignment - difficult to lock/unlock Garden shower doesn't work Teflon coating on sandwich maker completely gone - unusable Missing pillow on outdoor settee I don't know how often owners come over to inspect but I think because they don't leave there has an impact on the above quality of stay.

This property was perfect for us room was spot on, had a swim and it’s about 25 min walk into Old Town, local bus available or a Uber for 4 to 6 Euros

Clean & modern apartment close to sea front

We stayed in A4 on the ground floor. Apartment was stylish and very clean and had everything you need for a short stay - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table, lounge area with TV etc. The apartments were secure and only a short walk to the sea front, and a short Uber to old town (or 30 mins walk). There are many good restaurants and bars nearby in walking distance. The pool area was lovely. We worried it may be loud as we were on the ground floor but had no noise issues, just maybe could do with better definition of which terrace was ours and which was communal for all guests.

We stayed for 5 days so more towels would have been useful. Other than that we loved it.

Lovely stay in a very nice apartment

Lovely apartment. Nicely decorated & everything you need. Balcony is comfortable and private. Pool is quite small but still good to cool off in. If you don’t have a car it’s only €5/6 for an Uber into the old town.

The ground floor patio area needs a bit more sectioning off. As I think the residents thought we were encroaching when we used the pool.

Generally a very pleasant stay. Nice area.

We arrived late at night, but self check-in instructions were not received by email until the following date. Fortunately a passing dog walker was able to contact somebody who showed us how to get in.

Some lack of privacy on the patio area designated to our room, and poor definition of this area.

Absolute perfect Villa to have a quiet getaway

A beautiful stay in sunny Zadar

We stayed in room 2, a 2 bed apartment with balcony with marina view. It was a beautifully decorated apartment, very spacious with a cooker, stove, microwave,fridge & freezer so perfect for our family. Access to shared washing machine came in very handy. Host was great, provided fresh towels and toiletries on request, organised airport taxi and let us stay in the apartment for late check out which was greatly appreciated. Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood around Borik with a shop, 2 restaurants and the marina on your doorstep and more restaurants and bars short walk away. Personally we found the walk to centre too far in the June heat but there is a bus stop just over the street, 2 buses an hour and so cheap, if want to stay past 9pm get a taxi less than £10 as buses become unreliable and very busy. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Nothing, we found everything great. If you want to be closer to the centre then do so but we loved the Borik area, never too crowded and loads of lovely local restaurants to choose from.

our apartment at villa doel was beautifully decorated, very well equipped and very clean. just perfect! there was a smaller but great pool that we could use. The house is located in the district of Borik, which is ideal because it is very quiet, you have free parking and you can quickly walk along the sea to the old town.

very good trip, we had a lot of fun

the position of the house was great, it was next to the beach and next to the city. it was close to everything. in front of the house we had a lot of parking place so we didn't need to search for a place. the pool wasn't dirty and was nice. when we have a problem the hote helped us, very quickly.

to put more towels at our disposal, because when you stay 4-5 days you take a shower everyday and you use the same towel. but it was ok we had one big and one small towel

Location was a bit out from.the centre that's the only slight downside. The walk into the centre via the sea was beautiful.. Wi-fi was bit up and down.

Good value for price

We stayed at the last floor. The property is well located with a nice view and accommodates comfortably four adults or more (there is also a sofa bed in the living room). It has everything one need for a short and nice stay, with supermarket, pharmacy and nice restaurant options nearby.
