Modern, very well furnished and you can find everything you need. Even washing machine. Location is ok, you reach the old town in 15 minutes with the car.
The only negative thing is that it is locates directly to a church, and the bell sounds very loud. Starting at 7 you will hear it. If you an early bird, this might not be a problem, but if you want to wake up later then you cannot.
