Perfect stay in a modern and comfortable apartment – highly recommended!

The apartment is modern, spacious and very well equipped. You get much more than you expect for the price. Everything was clean and comfortable. The underground garage with elevator access is a big plus. The sea view from the apartment is absolutely beautiful. The host was very kind, professional and always available. This was my second stay here and I will definitely come back again.

Excellent entry instructions. Huge amount of space, modern lighting and up to date kitchen with wonderful views across to the city. Water taxi right outside to the city was a bonus and runs approx every 30 mins. Host very helpful, excellent English

Very large and comfortable apartment in good location. All equipment and facilities in very good condition - apartment was clean and equipped with everything that you need for holiday stay. Kitchen fully equipped, all other compartments on high standard. Swimming pool clean and with very quick access straight from apartment. Very good communication with personel. In my opinion fully recommended for 2-3 families.

Seaside comfort with style and a view

We had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with a stunning view of the sea and the charming little port. Everything inside was modern and super comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also really appreciated the convenient parking and the pool, which was a great bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat by the water!

It is exactly as described. A very well equipped apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, huge living room area. All very nice and clean.

The perfect place to enjoy Zadar

What a view!! Zadar is such a beautiful town and being able to view it from the vast windows was perfect. The photos don’t lie, its exactly the same if not better. Everything was spotless with plenty of space for everyone. The layout is great for families like us to groups travelling together. The owner is fantastic too, vey quick to sort out any issues, like when we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment on the first day, he got us back in in no time. Great location too plus parking. a 15 minute walk to the famous boatmen of Zadar that can take you across the water to the old town for 1 euro. You can also walk the whole way into town, which we did a couple times with a sleeping baby which takes around 30 minutes.

Nothing that we didn’t like, although we would have loved a washing machine and dryer, the was really the only thing missing but not a deal breaker as there are plenty of laundromats around and always right near a cafe.

Super stay in a beautiful place.

There was nothing to not like about this excellent property in a beautiful location close to a couple of stony beaches. Bring your beach shoes. After our initial meeting for the keys there was no further interaction with our most hospitable host who responded promptly to all our Whatsapp communications. Faultless, highly recommend. The location had a local pier which many tours from the old town picked up at but if you want a seat in the Sun would suggest getting a Taxi in to Old Town Harbour early to get a good seat. Travel guide Mariam who never gave me her number to promote her valuable advice.

Meat was tasty in most places but think we are spoiled for choice on The Emerald Isle. Taxis were hard to get late at night from Old Town. Rank on far side of footbridge was busy. Suggest having Uber App on you phone as fares are Uber Cheap. Croatian people are very friendly but older people don't have much English and are inclined to be loud and excitable when they don't understand. They are beautiful people.

Perfect vacay with kids

This apartment was amazing! It was super clean and cozy. Everything looked like in the pictures. We‘ve stayed with 3 little kids and it was great. The check in and check out went easy and the host was available all the time. The bedrooms were big enough and the beds have been super comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything we needed was there. We‘ve had a coffee machine (Nespresso) with some coffee tabs, which was great! We‘ve came by car and had a parking place in the garage included. There was nothing bad at this place. We would definetely recommend this beautiful apartment and come back always!

This place was amazing! We would recommend this place to everyone. We could tell the host has thought of every detail and the needs of the travelers. The place was the exact same as the photos. Opotřebovaný a nefunkční interiér. Nefungovala mikrovlná trouba, několik žaluzií nešlo otevřít, špatně se otevíraly dveře do koupelny, padala páčka baterie u dřezu, velmi špatně topila klimatizace v jedné z ložnic což je v Lednu dost zásadní problém.

Die Unterkunft ist platztechnisch fantastisch! Alles war sauber & perfekt. Man kommt aus der Garage direkt in das Apartment rein, was sehr praktisch ist.

Wir waren zu 7 und haben nur einen Schlüssel gehabt, jedoch kann man den Schlüssel in der Box hinterlegen somit war das auch kein Problem. Ein Badezimmer von 4 war nicht fertig gestaltet - das war der einzige Minuspunkt.
