Poloha je pre nás dokonalá, poznáme Puntamiku/Borik a presne sme vedeli, že to bude skvelé: absolútne tichá ulica, ale v priebehu 5 minút pešo máte všetko dostupné. Byt je priestraný, vybavený, bonusom boli základné pochutiny v kuchyni, šampón, sprchovací gél, dostatok toaletných papierov. Kúpeľňa ma neskutočnú veľkosť, sanita je pôvodná, ale funkčná. Chýbala nám práčka (ale to bolo v popise).
Náš apartmán č.3 bol je trochu "vybývaný", niektoré veci sú poškodené /odkvapávač na riad je deravý, kuchynské stoličky sú polorozpadnuté - báli sme sa sedieť na nich, aby sa celkom nerozpadli, chladnička a klimatizácia už majú svoj vek a občas boli veľmi hlučné. Cestovali sme prvý aprílový týždeň a boli sme prví hostia po zime, takže byt bol vzhľadom na absenciu kúrenia absolútne vychladený, zrejme od konca sezóny neprataný. Prvú noc sme mali 14 stupňov, kúrili sme klímou, ale trvalo to týždeň, kým bol byt ako tak nahriaty (a to nie sme "trenkové" typy). Na druhej strane, vidieť snahu pani domácej o postupnú obnovu. Vzhľadom k jej veku nemáme námietky, píšem to len ako návrh na zlepšenie.
