The flat is very simple but great location for the beach

One of the best experiences!!!

The apartment was amazing, super clean, so good location (literally 2 min from the coast), and the host was understanding and could accommodate our needs🫶🏻💕. I would definitely recommend if your searching a good relaxing beach time, and also just about 10 min by car (bolt was about 5€, so nice) from the city center. Thank u so much for letting us stay, our vacations were wonderful and super worth it💘⭐️.

Everything was as expected, the only thing that would be better, and i say it as constructive criticism☺️, is if the kitchen was improved a bit; more cutlery (the knives were dull) and maybe smaller pans. But overall we were able to figure it out, but we do think this would a better improvement.🥰

Villa Franco

Villa Franco a verry pleasure place for familys holidays. Apartament was cleaning. On the first floor you will not a nice view but second floor you can see a little sea and a beautifull sky. Its shy and comfortable. Its situatted near beach and a market.

One of minus was broken kitching coffe express and toster only. I thinking, peoples are not talk about these problems.

The place is really nearby the beach, shops are also nearby. Airco was working but not cool more like ventilation. The place itself was clean except the kitchen. Everything was there for a short staying but it was really outdated, hard beds (like stone) water pressure is weak and it takes some time for the warm water.

There is nobody to help you start, where is what. The owners are not in Croatia so we had to find things our self, so that's why no points for the host. The place itself was clean except the kitchen. Excellent value for money

The apartment is budget and small but comfortable, ideal for 2 or 3 persons. It has everything you need, good equipped kitchen and bathroom. I like the most new sponge for dish washing and paper towels that you usually do not get in much more expensive apartments. The location is very good, close to sea, markets, cafe bar with nice view and coffe for relaxing morning. Centar of Zadar is easily riched by car or 30 minutes nice walk. Overall would come back again :).

Steep stairs. The stairs for upper floors are very steep and small especially for older people or people with disabilitys.

Es gent, wenn man solche Umstände akzeptiert.

Lage ist OK, weniger als 100 meter zum Meer, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Bus Richtung Zentrum in der Nähe, Apartment gut durchdacht und eingerichtet, alles notwendige vorhanden.

Zustand der Apartment: - Abfluss in der Dusche ist undicht, schon nach 3 Minuten steht das Wasser auf dem Boden. - Eingangstür außen lässt sich nicht von innen abschließen, und innere Tür geht überhaupt nicht zu. - Schublade für Besteck war ziemlich dreckig, und zwar schon seit Langem. - Mühltonne für Plastik etc. war die ganze Woche voll. - Wi-Fi Geschwindigkeit hat gerade noch gepasst, aber permanente Abbruche, die dann stundenlang dauern, nicht akzeptabel.

Znakomite !!

Klucze odbiera się w skrzyneczce przy drzwiach do konkretnego apartamentu. Lokalizacja 50m od plaży, blisko sklep, do "miasta" ok 10min. Obiekt położony w cichej okolicy, pomiędzy innymi budynkami, Dobra lokalizacja dla rodzin z dziećmi bo jest blisko do plaży. Wyposażenie wystarczające do spokojnego pobytu, kuchnia wyposażone w naczynia, sztućce itp. Duży taras przed apartamentem, osobne wejście.

Niestety w naszym apartamencie przeciekał brodzić - woda lała się po podłodze - należało by przed sesonem sprawdzić. Mało miejsc parkingowych, brak przypisanych miejsc parkingowych do apartamentu. Brama wjazdowa nie była zamykana na noc.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, plaża praktycznie po przejęciu przez ulicę, do starego miasta przyjemny spacer (byliśmy w maju). Pokoje wygodne i czyste, wystarczająco zaopatrzona kuchnia (gotowaliśmy tylko śniadania i kolacje). Świetny taras na którym można usiąść i zjeść.

Piękna, spokojna okolica. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek. Apartament blisko plaży, sklepu, przystanku. Wyposażony we wszystko co było niezbędne w trakcie naszego pobytu. Czysto. Widok z okna na morze. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo dziękujemy za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania :)!
