A great 7 night stay.

Apartment is equipped with everything you could need. Owner was nice - picked us up in the Old Town and brought us to the apartment. Great shower in the apartment and the couch is so comfy.

The only thing I didn't like was the beds but that's purely a preference of taste. I much prefer a softer mattress.

Exceptionally clean and bright, modern flat with lots of extras to make travelling easier.

Apartment Scala was bright and modern and exceptionally clean. All the facilities were as new and everything you could possibly need for a short stay was provided. It made staying in Zadar a home from home 🙂

Nothing. Mateo had thought of everything! The communal areas to the flat were less modern and quite cluttered but once inside the flat that didn’t matter.

Newly. renovated apartment on the second floor with many amenities. Coffee machine, extra towels, cotton buds and makeup remover pads etc. Very clean with firm but comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. 20 min walk to old town and 5 min to the water. Very nice hosts. We would stay here again.

A gem not to be missed

The apartment was fantastic, two bedrooms, one double bed, two singles. The apartment had everything you needed. Everything was clean and tidy. The hosts were amazing. If you are travelling here from the UK, make sure you use Uber and Wolt. Uber is so cheap, and Wolt is the food delivery.

The location may not be for everyone, but for me it was perfect.

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay even better then we could have imagined. So lovely! The place was amazing, brand new and so clean. We had everything we needed, great location too. Was perfect!

Mieszkanie bardzo funkcjonalne i czyściutkie. Wszystko co potrzebne pod ręką a nawet dużo więcej . W łazience pralka , środki piorące i do kąpieli , duża ilość ręczników, szczoteczki do zębów, pasty, maszynki do golenia , wkładki higienicznie itp . Kuchnia wyposażona perfekcyjnie . Zmywarka, 2 ekspresy do kawy z kawą . W każdym pokoju telewizor z dostępnym Netflixem. WiFi . Klimatyzacja . Mieszkanie perfekcyjne

Zadar est une très jolie ville. Notre séjour était parfait dommage que la pluie s'est invitée.

Appartement situé dans une résidence très calme. L'extérieur n'est pas avenant mais l'appartement est exceptionnel. Situé au 2ème étage avec petite terrasse joliment décorée. Spacieux, confortable, lumineux, très propre, rénové avec goût et très agréable. Tout est neuf et la literie était parfaite. L'appartement est très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Matéo le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité de sa part : Nombreuses attentions petit déj (lait, café, thé, céréales....), produits hygiène homme femme, lessive..... et même des bonbons. Une documentation touristique est mise à disposition. L'appartement est bien situé, à 750 m du port de plaisance et environ 3Km du centre historique (à pied). Plages proches. Très pratique, il y a une supérette dans la résidence mais le LIDL n'est vraiment pas loin. Parking gratuit. Je le recommande vivement.

Insuperable!

Lo puntúo con un diez porque no puedo poner más. Aunque el edificio por fuera está muy descuidado, el apartamento está completamente reformado y con muy buen.gusto. Además de estar limpísimo, tiene todo lo necesario y mucho más, no le falta ni un detalle. Camas muy cómodas, cocina muy bien equipada y en la que el dueño deja café, leche, aceite, cereales ... También en el baño hay muchas cosas de cortesía, desde maquinillas hasta cepillos de dientes. Es el apartamento mejor equipado en el que he estado de alquiler. Totalmente recomendable.

Únicamente que es un segundo sin ascensor. Las escaleras son cómodas, y aunque para nosotros no fue problema, subir con el equipaje sí puede llegar a serlo para algunas personas.

Estancia perfecta en familia.

Es el apartamento más limpio en el que hemos estado nunca y parece que está todo a estrenar. Está tan bien equipado que te sientes como en casa: Netflix, todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y vajilla, varios tipos de cafetera, de cafés, cereales, infusiones, aceites,artículos de baño de todo tipo….Es muy luminoso y amplio y está a 15-20 minutos andando del centro y puerto. Aparcas bien en la calle gratuitamente.

El barrio y edificio en el que está, que son muy feos, pero el resto lo compensa todo.

Rewelacyjne ❤️

Rewelacyjne mieszkanko! Śliczne, komfortowe, lepiej wyposażone niż bym potrzebowała. Jasne, przestronne i bardzo przyjemne. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny, wszystko wyjaśnił, dba o wszelkie szczegóły. 15-20 minut na nogach do centrum, cicha i spokojna okolica. Mieszkanie na drugim piętrze. Bardzo, ale to bardzo polecam!

Im Urlaub wie zu Hause gefühlt

Das Appartement von Mateo hat uns (zwei Erwachsene, ein Teenager, ein Kind) hervorragend gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, das Inventar ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Ein Fernseher mit Netflixzugang in jedem Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, alle Badartikel die man benötigt. Es war sogar Kinderzahnpasta für den 5jährigen vorhanden! Für den täglichen Gebrauch ist man in unter einer Minute in einem kleinen Supermarkt, bis zum nächsten Discounter (Lidl) sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. In die Altstadt von Zadar sind es je nach Gehtempo ca. 15-20 Minuten. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt gegenüber vorhanden. Wir haben das Auto abgestellt und mussten nur die Straße überqueren. Mateo war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können das Apartman Scala zu 100% empfehlen!

Apartament bardzo komfortowy i przestronny, wyposażony praktycznie we wszystko. Gospodarz zadbał o najdrobniejsze szczegóły (lód w lodówce, woda, słodycze, mapa okolicy z zaznaczonymi atrakcjami i dobrymi restauracjami). Czystość i dobry rozkład mieszkania. Lokalizacja ok, do starego miasta pieszo ok 20 min. Parking publiczny i bezpłatny w około bloku, nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Polecamy! 👍🏻💪🏻

Prvi dojam i zadnji su bili isti - ovaj je apartman divno mjesto u koje su vlasnici ulozili puno truda i vlastite osobnosti. Na svakom koraku kroz prostor, uz smirujucu atmosferu zbog skladno uredenja, ne prestaje iznenadenje sitnicama koje govore o tome da je netko mislio na vase potrebe puno prije nego ste stigli. Apartman je nov, mirisi i odise cistocom, opremljen je i s vise od onoga sto cete trebati, na odlicnoj lokaciji, 15tak min ugodnog hoda kroz lijep kvart, uz više nego razumnu cijenu za sve sto nudi. Prostran balkon. Normalni i dragi vlasnici. Apsolutne preporuke i vise od toga! Hvala i vratit cemo se.
