Host was very responsive, including sending a video of instructions and directions to the property. Property was well equipped, clean, modern, comfortable and a short walk to old town.

A very comfortable and well-appointed apartment, with lots of room. Communication with the host was good, and self checkin easy. The kitchen had some basic supplies like oil, salt and pepper, as well as a few snacks and treats, which was nice. On-site parking easy and excellent.

As others have pointed out, the shower stall is very small. Also, it has no shelf for holding soap and shampoo, so bending over to place them on the floor in such a tight box was a bit of a nuisance. Just a note about managing expectations...the details on Booking.com include Patio and Sea View. There is no patio, rather, the space that once may have been a patio is completely enclosed and is in effect another room. It contains the TV and the seating area. The Sea View is a tiny sliver of water seen between buildings from one window at the rear of the kitchen. This was all fine, but I always look for outside seating and good views when I choose a property, so I was a little disappointed. But we still had a good stay.

The location was perfect for our needs, within walking distance to the old city. There is also a shorcut to get to one of the gates of the old city: a boat runs from the lighthouse in front of Hyatt Regency Zadar hotel (located not more than 5 min from the apartment), the price is 2€/person, it is very quick and fun. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, very clean and well equipped. It is like a small oasis of peace and quiet. There is a good heating system for the cold evenings and a big heated bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The free big parking space in front of the house is only for guest use. Karla was a perfect host, she responded quickly to our messages and provided very useful information (including video instructions which were very easy to follow) and help. Quick and uncomplicated check in and check out. We enjoyed a lot our stay (as we loved Zadar) and would stay there again on a return trip to Croatia.

Host was lovely, location is amazing, very close to the main attractions and to the harbor where we took the boat trip around Zadar.
