Luxury apartment that is comfortable and close to everything.

Our host, Ivo, was fantastic. He met us when we drove in and helped with our luggage as well as showed us the features of the apartment. It is 5 star from amenities to decor, beautiful and tasteful artwork throughout. Heated bathroom floors and towel rack, coffee and fridge. No detail overlooked. Secured parking across the street. Location is perfect, short walk to old town and lovely view of harbor. Small store steps away to get fresh pastries in the mornings and anything else you might need. Ivo checked in and was always available to answer if we called. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Bonus is a great Italian restaurant around the corner!

We had an amazing 5-night stay in Zadar! The host was absolutely fantastic welcoming, attentive, and always available for anything we needed. He provided us with water, coffee, and much more, making our stay even more comfortable. The property is in perfect condition, brand new, spotless, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for. Free parking was a great bonus.

Amazing stay by the marina with a balcony to watch a sunset from.

Everything about our stay was great! Our host Ivo was super nice, we even got a goodbye gift from him. He was meeting us at 4:30am for check-in (delayed flight)!The apartment has a great location by the marina with a 20min walk to the old town, a nice sea view from the balcony where you can watch the sunset. It was clean and had everything we needed. There is a shop and free parking right next to the apartment. We hope to return next year. Thanks for everything, we recommend this place to all 😊

There was nothing not to like. One suggestion I would add is a dryer for wet clothes/towels for the balcony. Otherwise we had everything we needed, nothing to dislike really 😊

Perfect location to visit a perfect city

We had a great stay at City Harbour Deluxe Suites. The location is perfect, situated right between the beach and the old city, making it easy to explore everything Zadar has to offer. There’s a store conveniently located in the next building, and having secured parking was a huge plus. Overall, it’s an ideal base for discovering this amazing city. Highly recommended!

Perfect in every way,

Our apartment was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The studio apartment had plenty of room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was an easy walk from old town but also close to a beach, The owner couldn’t do enough to help us and was extremely generous. He provided lots of little extras in the fridge and a lovely gift to take with us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect in every way.

We stayed in deluxe double room with balcony. The room was amazing, extra clean and really comfortable. We especially loved the coffee machine and little thoughtful details (umbrellas etc.). The location is wonderful, less than 10 mins walk from the old town and also near the main road, so you can easily go to other cities nearby (by car). It was also great to have a free parking in front of the building. The owner was really nice and thougtful. We definitely recommend.

Great and comfortable apartment!

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equiped. It is located in a good area, near the harbour and the historical center. It has private parking and a good wifi. The owner is a kind and nice person, the communication with him was always super fast and very positive. He gave us some stuff of the minibar for the welcome and a present when we check out. Also, we were able to leave the apartment a few hours later because our flight was in the afternoon. We are very grateful for his treatment. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Perfect stay in Zadar

If you ever come to Zadar, this is the place to stay! Don’t let yourself fooled by the exterior of the building, the interior is all fully renovated. The apartment is perfect, it’s beautiful, furnished with great taste, equiped with everything you need and more and we found it sparkling clean. The bed is extremely comfortable so we had the best sleep we ever had on a vacation. It has a free parking spot right near the building. And let me tell you about the host, he is the nicest person you will meet, he was very helpful, he gave us lots of recommendations, he made sure we have the best time and he even helped us with the luggages. We are already planning our next visit to Zadar.

I will definitely stay there if I ever come back to Zadar.

Ivo, the owner himself, received us with open arms and a big smile. The location is excellent, just in front of the marina and within walking distance of the old town. Spotless and comfortable facilities. Hotel parking is right in front of the building. Two flights of stairs were not a problem as the always helpful Ivo helped with the bags.

A nice friendly introduction to Zadar

Host extremely friendly and helpful despite our late arrival due to flight delay. Provided plenty of local info and responded promptly to any queries via text. Would highly recommend.

As property is in old part of town, building looks dated from exterior and unfortunately has no lift, however host very obligingly carried our cases up for us.

Brilliant stay, nicely located.. BUT AMAZING HOST

It’s a beautifully appointed room. Very modern and stylish. Slightly smaller than I expected but did not detract at all. The host was FANTASTIC. He even provided a chilled bottle of champagne for our anniversary. He gave us good recommendations for places to visit and good restaurants. There is free parking directly opposite, so that was brilliant for us too. Lovely coffee machine, with capsules provided too.

Tiny gripes: The pillows are not comfortable. Maybe have a picture of the location to make finding it a bit easier. Be prepared for 4 flights of stairs, but that is advertised, so it didn’t come as a surprise, just be aware that there are a lot.

The apartment was beautifully presented and the cleanliness was excellent. There was air conditioning, WiFi and complimentary snacks and juice. Ivo was so helpful, storing our luggage for us when we arrived early, and provided us with fabulous information about things to do in Zadar. Thoroughly recommend the apartment!

Great location, parking. The owner really thought about everything and about the well-being of the guests. There is an iron for vertical ironing, as well. The owner offered little snacks and drinks, everything was in the minibar. He is extremely flexible about the arrival time, super helpful about the information, really caring and with a personal touch.

Very good

The apartment was quite new and nice and bright, also had a small balcony and a sea view. Toaster, kettle and coffee machine provided. The bathroom was good, nice large shower and also toiletries provided. Top quality bedding and nice mattress on bed. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness and ivo the proprietor was amazing . Very accommodating , even giving us a lift to the beach and into town . We were given a lovely gift when we left of local olive oil and liqueur.. There’s a bus stop just outside the apartment which was handy and reasonable and a supermarket around the corner. Nice and quiet area and never heard any neighbours . Large tv and sound system too

This is difficult as Ivo was great but it was described as luxury junior suite and really it was just one room and a bathroom, so not a suite although it was nice, We felt it was overpriced and would have been much easier to pay booking.com . . If you have mobility issues you would struggle with all the stairs to the apartment as it’s on the 4th floor, although Ivo helped carry the luggage up and down .
