Great but...

The host entered the apartment without asking for permission, when we were out (to leave a note). Maybe that is standard in Croatia but for me it was not ok. If he would told me it would be alot better. Also we had to withdraw cash, which resulted in extra Commission fee from banks and we had to find an ATM. The other choose was bank transfer but that was too complicated. I wish we could pay by card but he said no.

Host was informative and helpful. Apartment was clean and spacious. Was able to use property washer and hang clothes. Host moved clothes rack for better sun. Would stay here again Walking distance to old town and beach.

Great location

Great location, 5-10 min walk to the old town, or supermarket. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who gave nice recommendations of things to do in the area when we arrived. Room had everything we needed and felt safe.

Plenty of on street parking, but unfortunately the secure parking only has 2 spaces which were taken by others. But car seemed safe parked on street just outside the front.

Perfect place to stay whilst exploring Zadar…..

Perfectly well equipped apartment ran by exceptional friendly team. Location was great, a €4 Uber ride took you into the old town.

Amazing stay, very nice host

Host texted me in advance regarding my arrival time, due to some traffic congestion we were late but the host stayed up for us, he was so kind and patient. When we arrived, he came out to greet us and escorted us to the room and walk through the facilities. Be prepared for cash though they don't accept cards, we did not have enough cash the host was kind and offered flexibility - he accepted partial payment first, and the rest of payment the next day. - Room actually looks a lot nicer than photos, very new and super clean, spacious room with kitchenette - Private parking - Super nice shower, hot and good water pressure - Good location in a residential area

Perfect

Location was quiet easy walking distance to old town/ large supermarkets/beaches we arrived early Marco sat us down in the shade with an ice cold beer until the cleaning was finished everything was perfect right down to the tortoise 🐢 turtle roaming around the back garden couldn't recommend highly enough every thing was perfect thank you Marco and his lovely wife (sorry I don't know your name )

The location is brilliant, close to the city center but far enough so that one can sleep in absolute quietness, nothing but crickets (literally). The hosts were super polite, humble, and helpful! the room was actually bigger than expected and was equipped with everything needed for a holiday; There is space to leave your rental either inside the property or outside. We had an afternoon flight so the hosts were kind enough to hold our bags while we ventured one last time to the city before picking them up and heading to the airport. Jesus the air-conditioner is very powerful in no time the room is chilled. i wish most places would be like this... sincerely very well done guys!

Wonderful stay and top hosts

Wonderful host - asked us what time we were expecting to arrive and met us at the property to show us around and loaded us with useful information about the town and nearby daily excursions. The room was spacious and cool, everything was in great working order and the kitchenette was very well stocked. Marko, the host arranged a day trip to Kornati by boat and reserved our seats upfront - extremely kind and nothing was ever too much. I recommend highly

It was no issue for us but the old town was a 15-20min brisk walk away. The neighborhood may seem a bit scary at night, especially if you're using the shortcuts to get to the city centre quicker. We stayed for four days and didn't have a change of towels, but it was no biggie and I'm sure we would've gotten them had we asked.

A clean modern room and an optimal location is just part of the charm, the welcome we received was as warm as the climate. If Zadar is your chosen location then this is the place to stay. A winner in every aspect.

Cute and spotless, but no private parking

The appartment itself was great. Cozy, very clean and neat, and exactly like on the photos. Owners are really nice and friendly. Location also great - calm, but still close to the city center (walking distance). Our room was without a balcony but there is a very cute shared terrace where you can drink your coffee or just chill. :)

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was no private parking for us, even though it was clearly stated there is. If I knew it, it would be a deal breaker for me, so very disappointed about that. Not only the parking was public (on the street), but there is also no guarantee you will find a free place when you come back late. I have to say that there is a private parking but it has only two places which were already occupied.

The host is very helpful, he explains about all the sightseeing, beaches, nice dinning restaurants in Zadar. The apartment was comfy, clean and the location - comfortable, within walking distance to the Borik Beach and city centre.

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood of Zadar. Cozy top floor room with kitchen, private bathroom, wifi and A/C. Besides I was offered a parking place for a car and a bike. Proximity of grocery stores, restaurants and the city center. Very friendly hosts, offering a lot of handful information.

we needed a place with excellent WiFi, washing machine and space since we had been on the road for a while and needed to work and do some Zoom meetings in a place close to the beach. This apartment was perfect, well priced, and so comfortable. Elegant touches for a rental, excellent linens, kitchen well supplied, and washing machine.
