The view is simply sensational! A lovely apartment in a great position, close to shops, restaurants, and cafés. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and with excellent communication from the host. Highly recommended!

Great apartment location in Zadar

Apartment was clean, spacious, had a beautiful view of the harbor, and was located extremely close to Old Town. Air conditioning worked good. Loved the sturdy doors out to the balcony. Host was very nice and helpful.

Building entry is not real inviting. Just concrete floor and elevators. Half-bath in apartment is useable, but not much bigger than an airplane bathroom. Not even a mirror.

Fabulous!!

The view!! Very modern, everything you would need. Excellent location short walk across the footbridge to old town with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Supermarket on ground floor of apartment building and lovely restaurant next door that has healthy breakfast options till 1pm!

Luxury flat with breathtaking view

Comfortable apartment with a gorgeous view from

What a postcard-perfect, gorgeous view from the balcony! You will truly feel like you are on a cruise balcony. This was my favorite part of living here. The water views along with pier views and the sea gulls made this a truly special experience! The kitchen was beautiful and there were some drinks for us in the refrigerator. The kitchens had all the necessary equipment to make it a super comfortable stay. We were grateful for the elevator because we had lots of luggage with us. The washing machine was blessing along with the drying rack. The half bathroom was very much appreciated. The apartment was walking distance to the Old Town across the bridge and so well located. There were many bakeries and grocery stores close to the apartment building that made our stay easier. The apartment was super clean and beautiful on arrival.

The air conditioning took a long time to cool down the rooms and the living room. The bathroom shower was halfway covered ( a common design in Croatia) and had no door in the shower area causing the water to spill out and wet the area outside the shower. We had to put towels to keep that area from becoming a slip zone. We also didn’t like how damp it got inside because of it. There was also some water clogging in the shower drain area exacerbating this water problem. We brought this up with the manager and the owner. A shower curtain on a rod should quickly take care of this situation. The touted free parking is a joke. It’s like park if you can find parking in a spot where people park however they like! Parking spots were not available very frequently in the area next to the apartment and there is no designated parking. This is common in Croatia. Despite all of these experiences, we would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

Amazing view of the old town and harbour, especially at sunset. Very convenient for trips to the old town - just across the bridge. Quiet, plenty of coffee shops and groceries nearby. Apartment was very modern and clean, all mod cons

Fantastic luxury apartment with amazing views.

As can be seen from the photographs, the view from balcony is absolutely stunning, and we very much enjoyed sitting here and watching the sunsets. The sliding doors allow easy access. The apartment is very well furnished, with large airy rooms complete with air conditioning, large beds, lots of storage. The washing machine, drier, iron, oven, fridge, are all high quality. The shower is great (but it does take a while to drain). Also it’s only a short walk to the old town, which has plenty of good places to eat and the tourist attractions of the Sea Organ and light feature (Sun Salutation).

The only negative aspect, we felt, was the parking – although there is available parking and it’s free, which is understandable due to the location, it’s also extremely busy and it put us off taking our hire car out for fear of not being able to find a space. We think it may have been better not to hire a car or only for a day or so, just for a day trip (to Plitvice Lakes, which was fantastic) and to stock up on shopping.

Loved Zadar and loved this apartment.

Proximity to the old town and the ocean views were second to none. Checking in and out was a breeze. Host provided local recommendations and favorites. Would highly recommend this apartment. Extremely clean and well maintained.

The apartment had the best views in Zadar. 180 degrees views of the old town and maintains. The apartment was perfect for a longer stay. Very comfortable and had all the provisions to make you feel at home.

Simply amazing

Amazing apartment in a great location with the most spectacular views of the old town and the islands across the canal. I was impressed with the little details that made our stay memorable, such as floor heating (we visited Zadar in January so this was much appreciated), the amenities; coffee capsules for the coffee machine., etc. To sum it up in one sentence, we felt like home. If you're looking for an apartment in Zadar, I highly recommend Zadar Panorama Sea!

The apartment was fabulous! Amazing sea views. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. The location is perfect, right on the outskirts of the old town (2 minute walk), with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops right outside the apartment.

This is an absolutely amazing apartment. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and there is everything you need and more. The beds were super comfy and the place is super quiet. The best bit of course is watching the amazing sunsets over the marina and the old town from the comfort of the balcony. The people who looked after us during our stay were amazing and so helpful.

The first impression: we where amazed from first seconds as we come enter an apartment: everything was nice clean, new. Panoramic view in livingroom very magnificent and balcony in bedroom comfortable for tannig or reading. All furniture is new. Apartment has everything you need for life.

Great apartment, let down by amenities falling short.

Amazing views of the old city and Zadar harbour. This apartment is modern and recently renovated. Beds are comfortable.

There was a terrible sewage smell when we arrived and we were left to fix it ourselves. The queen bed had to single covers, not one, which was odd and hard to manage. No shampoo or body soaps for shower. Towels provided were the size of a bath matt - very small and finally no beach towels provided.

A superbly appointed and immaculate apartment with the best views in Zadar.

Everything about the property was amazing for our visit to Zadar, from the communication and help from the hosts to the apartment itself. The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard and was immaculate, it had everything we needed and more for a 4 night stay. One of the main features of the apartment was the superb views and outside balcony space, perfect to enjoy Morning coffee or evening drinks. The proximity to the old town was ideal, I would choose to stay here with my view across to the old town rather than actually be in the old town without views. An excellent stay and would absolutely recommend.

The apartment building itself does not reflect the high quality of the apartment interior but the apartment itself makes up for this.
