Very clean, very well equipped, a real home from home feel, nicely located and an extremely attentive host.

Struggling to really find a negative. The area on first impressions doesn’t look the most welcoming, however the locals are friendly and it is a safe area, you can’t judge a book by its cover, when we got there, our initial thoughts were hmmm, but this immediately went the moment we opened the door!!

Comfy and modern new decor and amenities

This apartment was not only beautiful but also ideally located. The owner was incredibly responsive, and we truly appreciated the cleanliness and modern decor. The extra bathroom was a fantastic bonus! The pictures accurately represent the space, and the convenient, walkable location made exploring the area a breeze. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Had everything you needed for a very nice stay. Loved the check in instructions and friendly service. The location was great - close to the old town but in a quiet spot.

Overall beautiful apartment and experience.

The host was extremely kind and helpful! We booked 5 min before arriving to the property and he was very prompt and made the process quick and easy. The home was cleaned nicely and the rooms were prepared beautifully. Apartment was located near the center of town, being just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Modern. Equipped. Spacious and very central. Only a 5 minute walk to Zadar old town. It's the perfect location. Two bedrooms. Two toilets. One shower. A cozy desk area in the lounge if you want to catch up on some work. Wifi provided to guests. Kitchen equipped with all crockery + cutlery. As well as coffees and teas. Spacious fridge. A table in the kitchen for families to have their meals on. Two TVs- one in the lounge, one in the bedroom. 10/10

Emplacement, tout près du pont qui relie la vielle ville. Appartement propre et moderne au 1er étage sans ascenseur (une dizaine de marches) .

La machine à café au filtre a mis du temps (1h) pour faire deux tasses de café… Bon, c’est un détail.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Das Appartement bietet ausreichend Platz und allen Comfort. Es war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal, in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Fußgängerbrücke zur Altstadt. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert sowie hilfsbereit, dank Schlüsselbox war ein sehr später Check-In kein Problem.

Pobyt bardzo udany, dużo zwiedzaliśmy podliskie miasteczka i wyspy oraz obowiązkowo Trogir.

Mieszkanie zadbane, wyposażone we wszystko potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków, klimatyzowane z dwoma sypialniami oraz salonem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja 5 minut od starówki oraz 15minut spacerem od plaży Kolovare. Blisko sklep spożywczy i restauracje

Bardzo mały dostęp do miejsc parkingowych. Jest to problem całego starego miasta.

L'emplacement par rapport à la vieille ville est idéal. L'appartement est grand, lumineux, propre, rénové et les chambres sont situées au calme.

Pas de parking attribué au logement mais place de parking à trouver à proximité. Rapport qualité prix : un peu cher.

Très bel appartement tout proche du vieux centre.

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé . Situé idéalement à 5 min à pied du vieux centre de zadar. Même en haute saison nous avons réussi à trouver un parking gratuit à proximité de l’appartement. Hôte très gentil et disponible.

La quartier dans lequel se trouve l’appartement n’est pas très beau. Mais la proximité avec le vieux centre et la qualité de l’appartement vous font oublier le quartier. Qui de plus est très calme.
