A clean, modern apartment in a great central location — would happily stay again.

The apartment was modern and spotless, clearly newly refurbished. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the main square and the waterfront.

The immediate street outside felt a bit rough around the edges, though just around the corner it’s very nice and lively.

Room was amazing! Great location- close enough to all Zadar has to offer but far enough to not hear the noise of bars and clubs.

A lot of stairs up to the property- great exercise but not as fun when you've had a couple of drinks!

I had a very disappointing experience with this property owner. After my stay, I realized I had left some medical items

Nice room in good location

I had a very disappointing experience with this property owner. After my stay, I realized I had left some medical items in the fridge, worth about 100 euros. When I contacted the host a few hours later to arrange picking them up, he told me he had thrown everything out without any prior notice. Throughout our communication, he showed absolutely no regret or willingness to make things right. In fact, he was dismissive and even mocking, basically telling me it was my responsibility and that he didn’t care at all. His overall attitude was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, with no sign of any attempt to resolve the issue. Additionally, this experience has really made me reconsider whether I want to travel to Croatia again in the future. I haven’t encountered such poor treatment of a customer in a long time.

Decent except ability to parking

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice, the kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and the location was very good. I communicated with the owner by phone, and he was kind of helpful.

Although ability to parking was mentioned on booking, there was actually no parking available. It is you that have to find a free parking spot which is hard to achieve or have to pay good amount of money for street parking which is also relative hard to find. Other than that, everything was good.

Great value and design for your travel

If you come by car the route is very accessible, there is no traffic in the area so it was also easy to park. The location is very close to the city center and a supermarket, love the airco - specially in a hot day!

Beautiful, clean & tidy apartment with thoughtful touches throughout

We stayed at Three Pearls Deluxe Rooms & Studios for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen at the end of the hallway. Although it’s on the third floor with no elevator, the stairs weren’t an issue for us. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the old town—and while on-street parking can be busy at times, we always managed to find a spot. Check-in was seamless thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided via WhatsApp. There were also some lovely, thoughtful touches, like umbrellas provided for guests, which really added to the comfort of our stay. We have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Easy check-in process, amazing room with a great view and lots of space. Quick walk into old town. Having a kitchen and a small balcony was a nice addition. Air-conditioning worked perfectly and the coffee was great.

The room is on the third floor with no elevator, which might be a challenge with heavy luggage.

Do not use the airport taxis total rip off travelled all over Europe and never been treated so poorly. Use uber or bolt for some reason I didn't think they would operate there but they do.

nicely decorated, a/c was cold, room was clean, beautiful once you get enter inside door of the property, netflix, interior design and decorations, storage spaces, and 10 minute-15 walk to the old city. Great host and easy communication for all your needs. You don't expect something so nice in such an old exterior and dated neighborhood.

Outside community area is really dated and needs renovation, 3 flights up the steps to the inside door, washer/dryer combo wouldn't dry my clothes completely.
