Perfect spot for 2 nights in Zadar.

Location- location is the number one thing with this property. the view is spectacular being able to see the old town and the surrounding water, the bridge to old town is right there at the property. Large unit , one bathroom.

We’ve been in Croatia for three weeks and we’ve stayed at 8 locations so far. This was the first place that did not have a coffee maker. There’s a cafe on the street, though

We had the best stay at Eden Apartments. Highly recommend.

Marijen was a wonderful host, communication was excellent with details for entry and access, very easy. Location was 10/10 right at the entrance to Old City.. only had to walk across the bridge. Gorgeous at night, wonderful views. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, washing machine, air con walking distance to everything! Didn’t use our car once. Marijen also gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend Eden Apartments cannot fault anything about our stay.

Beautiful apartment, great views, and excellent location for accessing old town.

Apartment is lovely, very spacious, clean, well supplied, though the bathroom could use additional shower toilet toiletries. Excellent washing machine. Terrific location, just on the other side of the footbridge leading to the old town. Property manager Marijan saved the day by helping me on the morning of my departure to retrieve my towed rental car. Use extra caution to ensure parking in the correct spot, as I misunderstood the instructions and another car was parked where I should have. It all worked out in the end!

Fantastic stay had everything we needed and more!

Amazing location, very short walk to old town. Cafés and taxi rank just across road. Very spacious and clean apartment. Great communication too. Perfect stay for our family of 4.

The location was just perfect . Exactly near the bridge to cross over to old town. Nice pastry kiosk downstairs and coffee shop ideal for breakfast . Marjan was super helpful . Great place to stay to visit Zadar

Fabulous stay steps Zadar Old town

We absolutely loved our stay at Eden Penthouse, the location could not have been better. It was nice to be so close to Old town without being in it. We also loved being able to people watch from the apartment.

I would use this location as the central one to visit Trogir, Split and other towns on the coast.

Location was excellent directly across a bridge from the Old City of Zadar. There are a few breakfast options in bakeries/cafes underneath the property. The views were magnificent from the room. Parking was right behind the building.

There are no mirrors in the bedrooms, which would be helpful. It is a long walk up three flights of stairs to the room. The public areas of the apartment building are not cared for. The front entry door did not lock properly.

Amazing location

Great location. Friendly staff, provided us with parking space. Gave us great recommendations on restaurants. Spacious, modern appartment, well equipped kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Very secure: locked building and two locked doors to get to appartment.

Dishes and ustensiles could have been better cleaned. It looked like they were simply taken out of dishwasher without quality check. But it is minor compared to the rest. It is an amazing appartment, we wished we had planned a longer stay.

The ideal comfortable flat for a weekend run to Zadar.

The flat is large and spacious and very clean. It has everything you need. Namely goof beds and a large living room. You have a nice coffee bar in-house and all facilities in 50m distance. Still it is not noisy. It has great looks over the canal and the old town of Zadar. Everything is in walking distance. The host Mrs. Iva is a nice and polite person.

Parking not great. Was expecting reserved parking but had to squeeze down a shabby side street and hope there was a space. 75 steps up to apartment might be a problem for some people - no lift.

Superb

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Our host was easy to communicate with on the day of our arrival and assisted us with our luggage up the amazing heritage staircase. Host gave us some tidbits on the city and gave us good recommendations for restaurants, cafes and where to watch the World Cup. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay when visiting the charm and beauty of Zadar.

Emplacement idéal dans le calme mais à 5mns du centre à pied et de la Marina pour une sortie bateau. La vue est top. L’appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. Le tout avec les indications à l’arrivée par l’hôte.
