Great location and perfect for our family. The hotel manager Laura is so helpful with guiding us to parking spot and even going above and beyond to come over to the restaurant to pass me the room key.

Perfect spot in old town.

The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring old town Zadar and surrounding area. Laura was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was very clean and bright.

Great stay!

We stayed in room 2, with 2 small kids. They had a queen sized bed and a pull out couch. The room was meticulously clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. It even had nice shower amenities. However, the room was a little on the small side, especially with the sofa bed open. We only stayed 1 night, so it wasn’t an issue. The room would be perfect for a couple. The location can’t be beat. We did a couple of loops around the town to find street parking, it took about 15 min and we were able to find street parking 2 min from the property.

Good location for island ferries and Old Town

Nice location, easy walk to foot ferries to islands and all of Old Town

For light sleepers it is very noisy during the night as other guests come and go, and the automatic hall lights come on and throw light into the rooms at 1am, 2am etc (as each door has a large glass window)

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Zadar old town, great for a short stay!

This apartment is so beautifully decorated and right in the centre of town! We were able to come back and forth multiple times while exploring Zadar. The beds are so comfortable, best beds we had on our Croatia trip! Great for a short stay in Zadar!

Being in the middle of town there is some noise that comes up from the street so if you’re very sensitive to that wear ear plugs. Bathroom has a glazed window in it so light will disturb people sleeping in the lounge area. The hot water is a problem - 4 of us could not get warm water when showering within an hour.

Beautiful clean rooms away from the hustle bustle of the streets below. We loved the outdoor area for breakfast. Laura the host is very accommodating and helpful.

Had to book the accommodation on the same day of check in due to other issues with another accommodation- staff answered immediately and Ms Laura made sure to assist us accordingly. Place is modern and equipped with anything you might need. Excellent location right in centre of the old town of Zadar.

Nothing to complain about. Just in case you will be driving there, there is a small walk of about 5-7mins from the closest public parking (at a fee)

A lot of great restaurants, cafés and pubs on this street - The sound isolation- that street can get pretty crowdy at night but you don’t hear A NY THING from the inside - It was clean and the bed was comfy :) - All the staff was super friendly and helpful, thanks Laura! :)

The property was clean and comfortable and in a great position. It was difficult to find and the instructions could have been better. It was noisy at night but no more than you would expect in the middle of town.

Perfect location for a city break. Not noisy when shutters are shut. Comfortable bed..tastefully decorated. Lovely manager/owner very responsivr

It' really should be labelled as a one bedroom apartment as second y bedroom is in the living area and you have to walk through it from.main door to second bedroom or bathroom. So if you keep different hours to your travelling xomanions there is little.privacy.. need a corkscrew! Kotchenette is tiny OK for a cup.of coffee .

A clean hotel in a nice location to the things we wanted to be near.

the room was in an ideal location, if you want to be near everything and close to Greetings To The Sun. We stayed in 7 different hotels / lodges on our trip. This one was the cleanest and quite memorable with its decor. A small room but well laid out. Modern.

As was the case for several of our hotel stays on this trip, someone has to meet you there to give you access and keys. I had my phone on Airplane mode often, so I missed communications with the manager. We waited 30 minutes for her, but it was ok, more my fault I suppose. And parking in all of Croatia was cumbersome. Just expect to circle places, hunt for spots and walk a distance. Parking in Croatia: park in a designated spot, marked usually with white lines, find a ticket kiosk nearby, enter your license plate number, set time length, pay with cash or card, take printed ticket and place on dash. Sunday is free.

Very pleasant stay after a week long festival

Lovely room, clean, fresh and airy. Bigger than expected. Really liked the bathroom and walk in shower.

There was no kettle in the room to make tea with so we had to warm up the water in the espresso machine but aside from that, all was perfect :)
