Three Wells Apartment

The Tree Wells Apartment is a spacious accomodation centrally situated in the old town of Zadar. It’s located near the lively spots, but inside it’s quiet and cool thanks to the airconditioning. I would recommand this place, however there a few things to take into account. The kitchen has a lot of incomplete and damaged tableware and missing kitchen utensils. If you want to cook for six persons, it’s a challenge. Besides the dishwasher will fall apart shortly. The matrasses in the two single beds are maybe suitable for children, but not for adults. When we arrived the place was clean, however it could use a thorough cleaning and tidying up. There is a lot of unnaccesary stuff in the closets. In short, a few simple interventions would improve this place from adequate to awesome.

3 bedrooms and spacious

On the last night, we had to wait from 1am till 5am to be able to get in the apartment because the door wouldn’t open. Maybe the apartment is perfect if you like to gamble on the chances of sleeping in the staircases in case door wouldn't open! Edit: Just saw the property response and extremely shocked by the amount of lies and dishonesty from Loris. I have easily used Booking more than a 100 times and I have just never seen anything like this. First of all, he didn't arrive in 10 minutes but around an hour after. We came back to the apartment at 1am and I called in vain until 2:40 when he finally answered. Second point, we were not "4 young boys banging the doors, yelling and playing the music in the building (at 2.50 am) behaving rudely, some of them smelled of alcohol". This is another blatant lie since we were 3 and two of us were sleeping on the floor. No music, no yelling, no alcohol. And blaming my friend who stayed in the apartment to sleep because he had to travel back is again a another dishonest comment. Why would my friend lock the door since we had the key and we did lock the door from outside? Lastly the comment on us blackmailing him is the ridicule. While we were waiting for the locksmith to open the door, Loris spontaneously propose us to pay us back the last night. Which made sense since we did spend the whole night in the staircases. The next just at checkout time, we ask him about the reimbursement and he told us that he would not do it because we checked out at 12h30! We didn't blackmail him in any sort. At the end of the day, if there was not this issue with the door it would have been a good enough experience. But this incident have just brought to light the bad on this accommodation which is that the owner is dishonest and not helpful.

3 bedrooms plenty of space for 5 of us. great location. host is very informative. all the amenities you need for a few nights stay. would recommend highly.

The beds were not comfortable

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, bardzo przytulny, czysty, zadbany i duży apartament, a właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Bardzo polecam ten apartament w Zadarze! Napewno wrócimy do tego apartamentu😍

Wszystko było świetnie!

Wszystko wspaniałe, mieszkanie duże, 5 min od centrum, dookoła wiele atrakcji.

Het appartement zelf was mooi en erg ruim. Voorzien van alle faciliteiten. De eigenaar heeft ons vooraf een heleboel informatie gestuurd.

Hier en daar moet wat onderhoud gepleegd worden. Haakjes in de badkamer hangen half uit de muur of ontbreken.

In der Küche war weder Kaffeemaschine noch Wasserkocher. Sehr ärgerlich.

Confortable dans l’ensemble.

Manque de vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine. Pour les amateurs de café, comme nous , il n’y a pas de cafetière. Il faut faire du café Turc !!!!

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do restauracji i sklepów jak również do przystanku autobusowego lub postoju taksówek. Targ z owocami i warzywami - rewelacja.
