Everything was brand new. Everything you could possibly want. Bed was so comfortable and the sheets were of exceptional quality.

We had a wonderful stay in these apartments! The location is absolutely perfect — everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, and the sea, all within easy walking distance.
The apartment itself is very cozy, clean, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. We were especially impressed by the hospitality of the host — it truly made our stay even more special.
Everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared for us: hygiene products, fresh towels, even an umbrella for the rain and a beach umbrella for sunny days. There is also a coffee machine, which was a lovely bonus.
As a very nice touch, we were welcomed with a sweet surprise upon arrival, which made us feel so appreciated.
We truly enjoyed everything about the apartment — it exceeded our expectations in every way.

The location could not have been better. It was near to everything, yet quite by night. The apartment is clean, modern and beautiful with a nice balcony.
Nives is a great host, who genuinely cares about her guests, and kept in touch with us to see we were ok.
We could find no fault with this property, and enjoyed our stay.
We will definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Zadar.

The location was great, the host was very nice and, it was clean and recently decorated
It's a room on a third floor whit no elevator, it will not be for all people an easy task to go up with the bags. The outside of the building is not the best. When you see 4 stars in booking and reserve, that is for sure not what you want to see. At the room, there are family pictures of someone. I want to be in a place that I can feel that, for one night, its my room, not that I am in someones room.
When I book a room for 2 adults and one child, im expecting to have a bed prepared for my son, not that I'm the one to arranje it.
